Being a regular at this Starbucks for well over a year now has granted me the privilege of getting to know most of the staff fairly well, and recognizing when there is a new person working a new position. This morning, running my usual commute of ordering on the mobile app and paying for a coffee that they no longer have, I requested I be refunded for the drink I was unfairly charged for. The shift leader on duty, Alexandra, handled my case very rudely and would not listen to me when I told her the price of my order. I repeated myself 3 times, asking if I was getting my full refund. She blatantly ignored me every time I asked, and very rudely insisted I scan my mobile card for the refund even though it was wrong. It was only after I scanned it that she realized her mistake, and instead of being apologetic she made me feel horrible asking for the rest of my refund and made me feel as if it was my own fault. She had the manager on duty, Chelsea, finish “dealing” with me who was very pleasant and kind to me as she always is. I have never had any issues with the staff at this Starbucks before Alexandra, and quite frankly it makes me hesitant to go back. Read moreI went to the mall with my friends and me and one of my friends ordered two tall waters and we get two small waters and then all of my friends and me we ran from store to store and obviously we were thirsty and tired so we all wanted water and we went to order water (which is free btw) and I immediately notice the cashier (bro be lookin like the nerd emoji) shift his expression into an irritated expression for some reason, my friend ordered 4 TALL waters and we waited in line for about 15 minutes, they finally served us our water but guess what? They only called out my first drink even though my second drink came out at a different time than the first.
