Starbucks — Restaurant in Virginia

Place was closed but staff, tall lady, was rude. The rest of the staff laughted at me when I walked away. I just was looking at the pastries when said "we are closed". I heard her the first time, but she made some comment and turned away, raising her hand in the air. It was when I walked away that they all laughed at me, but when I turned around to see what they were laughing about, I asked what was funny, the tall lady said, 'I can't hear you', and then I just walked away. Very rude, especially for your location, a miliatary/VÀ hospital. Very distespectfull. Not a good picture...

This Starbucks location on base is by far my favorite to go to. Yes, there is a line, but there is a reason, they are simply amazing. They take pride in what they do and it shows day in and day out. From the cleanliness of the store (which is a big deal anyways, but in a hospital during covid, above and beyond) to the smile on their faces even when they are short handed and super busy. This is a Starbucks where you want to spend your money.....plus they're the only location on base that serves nitro.....another check in the win...

I wanted to use my point and I was told They don’t do points and it’s a franchise store.

No hot food past 3:30

This needs to be posted and visible to patrons. Wasted valuable time away from my husbands...
