Bad experience yesterday morning. I visit this location a few times a week and every visit could go wrong or right. Yesterday I ordered a matcha with raspberry syrup and oat milk and when I got to the window the barista asked if I wanted raspberry or brown sugar in the matcha and I told her raspberry and she immediately says ādang it!ā When Iām being handed my order my matcha is bright green. I know the drink is wrong because Iāve order the same drink multiple times every week since the raspberry drop. I let the cashier know my drink was supposed to have raspberry and he tells me itās in there. I try the drink and itās just matcha. Thereās not even oat milk in the drink. I tell him thereās no raspberry because it would be a greyish brown color and itās bright green. He even tried handing me a different matcha drink but I knew it wasnt mine. We have a little back and forth then the barista who asked if wanted raspberry or brown sugar then grabs the drink from the cashier and says āIāll just redo itā and I hear her dump my drink out- I hear the liquid and ice splash in a sink loudly! It was giving unprofessional and rude. She knew she made a mistake after asking when I got to the window what did I want in my drink. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am an everyday Starbucks customer. Today I visited a different store just off Warrenton rd in Stafford. Store # 23175 was my visit location.. I usually have good Experiences at my local Starbucks on Rt 1 at Cowan Blvd. Sometimes there is an occasional hiccup with no syrup in my drink its usually fine. Today however I was very disappointed in my service. Since I don't visit store 23175 often I was unaware that they moved the drive thru. Thats right the drive thru box to talk into was actually moved. Anyway I pulled up to the window and asked Alex if he could take my order instead of me having to drive around the building which now people had started to back up in of course. Well Alex proceeded to tell me that if would mess up his que if I were to order at the window. WOW!!!!! Listen I understand safety if that was the issue but really Alex could not think outside the box and grab a front end cashier to take my order! I would have understood again if they were busy inside the store but at the time I pulled up to the window I was the only person in line at the drive thru or at the register. I came to this location yesterday & asked for white mocha in my ice coffee, of course they charge extra which is fine! But I noticed it didnāt taste how it would by my job, it didnāt seem like the White mocha was added. So today I asked if it could be a no charge since yesterday drink wasnāt correct. Shelby came into the speaker saying she couldnāt do that, itās no way to not charge for extra . I understand that but I know she could make the drink herself or verbally tell an employee to make the drink but add white mocha and charge me for the regular drink . Instead shes going back and forth with a customer over .80 cents. When I asked for a manger she said she was and then proceeded to give the stores phone number, which I didnāt ask for.
