I drive and order Starbucks everyday and order Venti ice brown sugar oatmilk shake espresso. It has been my go to drink to start my day, I spend about 250 a month for my coffee. Today, I got a drink and I went back to the store and ask as nicely as possible and talk to the drive thru to Ms Gabby. I voiced my concern about my coffee being too dark annd bitter unlike the usual. If she could remake it the way the ice brown sugar oatmilk shake espresso usually look. And I apologize sincerely for returning the coffee. She said she’d just give me a little cup of oatmilk on the side, I ask if she can just remake it because it has already watered down. She didn’t seem to be interested in remaking it so she explained that they usually just put a little splash of oatmilk and that’s now how it’s usually made. To then I replied that I come to Starbucks everyday and this specific coffee usually doesn’t taste bitter and has a swirling visually appealing look to it. They gave me a really dark coffee that looks and taste like ice americano. She finally agreed to remake it and I know based on her voice and deny that she was not happy about it.
When I got to the window she handed me a replacement in a grande cup not venti, which is ok I guess I’ll be asking too much, I offered to take my old cup and she said they can’t take it back. She insisted that I should taste it to see if it suits my liking before I drive out,. I said it’s okay, I told her the coffee looks great and it looks like the normal ice brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso I usually order so it’s okay and I thank her with a smile.. While driving I took a sip and coffee spilled all over my white shirt!! And because of that it made me think that this was done on purpose! She didn’t close it so I can spill all over me while trying to drink it. This is really mean and my instinct is telling me this was on purpose because I asked for a remake and she didn’t like that she had to. I get it, it could suck. But I was so nice about it. I tried to ask nicely when I have every right for a remake. I know it sucks having to remake something but if somebody was asking you nicely with please and thank you instead of yelling with aggression, why is it so hard for other people to just be a kind human? I am so upset and it...
Read moreI am very saddened by the service I have received today at the Starbucks on Nuckols Road. This used to be my favorite location due to its convenience and customer service; however, I unfortunately will not be able to look past today’s experience. My friend and I ordered in the drive thru, and had to repeat our drinks three or more times before the employee could correctly recite it back to us. Furthermore, I was charged extra for almond milk in an iced coffee. This is not the proper way to ring this up as I know from many years of visiting Starbucks that drinks with milk bases are drinks in which almond milk is an extra charge, but it should not be an extra charge when a splash is asked for in a coffee. When we approached the window, not one but BOTH drinks were made incorrectly after we had to repeat our order three times before. I’m assuming the employee was angry with us for not just taking the random drink he made, because when my drink was remade it had barely any almond milk in it, and it couldn’t be tasted or seen in the drink. If I am going to be charged extra, I expect that I will receive the same amount, if not more, of that item than I would typically. It is unfortunate that I had this experience today as this location just lost three of their...
Read moreI live in the area and this Starbucks has been a pain for YEARS and finally had my last draw of patience with this location. I waited 20 min for a cold brew with the person in front of me ordering 5 min before I did - was not busy only two other people inside that already had their order. Always also super slow drive thru, I literally have to plan to be in the drive thru 20-45 min irrespective of the number of cars in line. I’d rather drive an extra 10 min to another location than to keep dealing with this borderline disrespectful service. As I write, I recall three weeks ago a lady asked about her drink after waiting 25 min for it and the barista had the nerve to give her attitude - to top it off, it was a mobile order so she had placed the order way before her 25 min wait. This location needs to get...
