Starbucks — Restaurant in Virginia

I love Burke Starbucks Best!!! Skye is still there as Barrister and it was wonderful to be see her and others I know!!! I've been going there a long time. She always seem to know what drink I want and she is right. It feels home there for me and I ordered a breakfast sandwich hot. I find Starbucks in general (the two places I go to) a safe haven. To think plan and relax to have a snack and sometimes meet nice people to talk with!!! I love Frappicinos but would prefer a lighter touch in calories in those drinks as a suggestion perhaps to use a natural plant based sweetner upon request such as Stevia. The sweet breads your cherry bar, chocolate croissants, almond croissant needs more filling in almond paste and not be so plain. I think it is a good idea to have fresh sandwiches egg salad and lettuce, tomato and cheese. Turkey ,cheese and lettuce all freshly made right in the store ready for all. Increase prices of course, but not too high do not push customers away with too high prices. I spent over ten dollar there as I bought water as well. It would be very helpful to have all stores work the same hours it is more consistent for your customers in terms of your customers working and free time as well. Please leave the oven available as late as possible! I do not care for smoky drinks or smoky flavors, I prefer freshly made drinks hot and cold. Also your freshly made juice ice drinks would be really good. In general don't know about other stores as I go to only two Starbucks, a few changes to you menu, increase size of portions of sweet breads and pastries, again not too much be to keep your customer base and attract more. I wish I could work as a Barrister but how does one remember all the combinations of drinks??? I am afraid I couldn't do that well and be confused !!! I give all the Barristers great credit for handling long lines quickly. Great place!!!!...

Just a regular starbucks. Nothing special and not much to complain about on the drink side.

As for customer service, I think a lot of the employees there could use a class or two on how to talk to people.

This one women in particular, I didn’t catch her name but she had unkept and messily dyed hair. She is almost always rude to my Grandson and I upon entering. We’ve been to this location 5 times now and each time we were greeted nicely by her, but when taken to the register we are met with a very bitter and rude person. She is very passive aggressive with her responses, laughing at my Grandson (who has a speech impediment) for mispronouncing “cappuccino” and turned to one of the other staff members in the back and said “I don’t know why people order drinks they can’t pronounce.”

I hope management sees this and fixes this issue and her attitude fast because she is drawing customers away at alarming rates. This location has lost one because they hire rude and...

Came here this Saturday morning to have a tea and get a few things done for work and I was really impressed with the customer service and overall positive energy here. They were out of the tea I like but the barista at the cash register was creative in figuring out how to mimic the flavor profile with another tea and juice. The staff all showed up with great vibes-- greeting customers by name and with friendly and personalized chit chat AND simultaneously pumping out drinks and food efficiently. This felt more like a local, neighborhood coffee shop than just another chain Starbucks. (Of note, without headphones it did make it hard to concentrate with all the lively chatter (which I didn't mind since it was good vibes) but if you're looking for a place of calm and quiet, this isn't really the spot on a...
