Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

So this was my review Not anymore. We eat subway a lot and I think this is my fav one. The ppl are all really nice and they go out of the way to make my special request sandwich’s. Some of the other subways around here skimp on meat and that’s annoying, not that way at this location I love that they do curbside now, I really appreciate that. The place is always clean and I would highly recommend this location to get your subs at. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‘S all around!!! So an update I feel compelled to add- the last two times I ordered from this location they have reversed the two sandwiches I ordered and they were not made correctly. Today they made the sandwiches wrong and forgot my bag of chips and my cookie. I called the store ( I had not discovered the sandwiches were made wrong and of course my son won’t eat his) and the gentleman ( not the manager) hung up on me. I’m too annoyed to call or go back so I guess this is no longer my favorite subway shop. So I’m going from ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‘S to ⭐️⭐️‘S And yet again my sandwich was not close to being right. Third order in a row they managed to screw up. My sandwich had literally on slice of turkey, it was not toasted and the bacon was missing. I WILL not go to this location again unless I’m standing there myself. This was by far my fav location before. I have gone from 5 stars to 2 stars to One star. Not sure what’s going on there but something is. They clearly don’t care. I emailed corporate last time I was so blown away and they would not even refund me the price of the items I was missing. So now...

The food is normal. The store is not loud. The customer service however is really bad. I came in today and ordered 4 sandwiches and 1 drink.

The lady refused to accommodate my request to just order a side of tuna. Which I have ordered at many other subways before.

This lady said with a really bad attitude. “No, we don’t do that here! Do you still want the sandwich?!?”

There was no other customers in the store so there was reason to rush but it was like she was annoyed that she had to make the tuna sandwich or she was shocked by the request.

She had a strong accent, maybe she was annoyed to be working there, not sure, but no need to give paying customers bad attitude.

Will not be back here. Run far away...

Typical subway, you could say. They don't have any fountain drinks as the machine has been down for a while, it seems. The only reason to go to a subway is when they have the BOGO deal going on, which we tried today, but the app, of course, would not work properly and they can't do anything in the store to honor the deal when that happens. You would think the higher ups would implicate a way for them to do so and honor their deals when said occurrences arise or give everyone a free BOGO coupon on the app to be used at a later date at least. They did magically have diet coke working today for the fountain drink, so maybe in another month regular coke will make its return. They do have bottle pepsi...
