Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

I visited the Subway located at 14130 Minnieville Rd, Woodbridge, VA 22193, on August 30, 2024, at 3:55 PM to place an order. My order included two Italian Herb and Cheese bread sandwiches with Steak & Cheese, one Italian Herb Rotisserie Style Beef, one Footlong Pretzel, and one Pepperoni & Cheese Dipper. Upon placing my order, the employee first asked if I had a coupon. When I questioned the relevance of this, he attempted to limit the sandwich ingredients. I politely requested to speak with a supervisor, who unfortunately upheld the employee’s decisions. Regrettably, there were no name tags on their shirts, so I am unable to provide their names. Additionally, I received the Footlong Pretzel and Pepperoni & Cheese Sidekicks with a very small cup of Honey Mustard, when it should have been Cheddar Cheese Creamy. When I inquired about this, the supervisor's response was dismissive, telling me to relax. Despite these issues, I paid for the order to avoid disappointing my young child, who loves Subway. So the manager needs some help. The lady made my sandwich no issue there however while she was making sandwich I observed the manager I guess is a grey shirt handle multiple classes of food with no gloves. Cross contamination 101 of people had a clue. I’m serv safe certified just saying so I know what you should be doing. So on top of that I got charged for a meal and chips and paid 1$ extra for the Adam Sandler cup. That same guy refuse to give me a cup and only gave me Adam Sandler cup. See receipt. I was charged for a 20 oz drink and a 1$ for the cup. Went to leave this internally at subway website but it’s junk. No more subway listens . First time to my local Subway. Easy to find and get to on. Arrive close to closing time and everything was still available and fresh. Some businesses run out and/or what's left on the menu is in poor shape. Greeted as I entered the store by a gentleman cleaning the seating area. The lady behind the counter was helpful picking out a sandwich. She was quick and efficient in making my sandwich. Another gentleman behind the cash register handled the transaction quickly as well.
