Literally the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever encountered. I was there with my son to get a sub. We waited at least 5 minutes to be helped there were two people in front of us the person. Making subs was clearly new. There was another employee there but on the phone. When it was our turn we asked if the subs were BOGO he said yes so I told my son to order two of the same sub one for tomorrow. My son ordered a simple tuna with pickles and replied yes sir to the employees questions about the sub. We got to check out and the other employee gave the total I asked aren’t they BOGO and she said that’s only my online. I said I asked before we started and her response was “he’s new so he wouldn’t know”. I asked how to fix it we didn’t need two subs and she replied “I already told you it was his first day.” I replied that’s not my fault and she said “then I don’t need to serve you and removed the food from the counter.” I asked what the problem was and she said I’m not serving you. I knew if I made any other arguments I would be a “Karen” I asked for the managers number she told me it was on the door.
There must be cameras there to observe the interaction I never raised my voice or was rude in anyway. I was with my 13 year old who was just as baffled as I was by the experience. This was the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had anywhere. I am still in disbelief that it...
Read moreI’ve lived in this area for over 10 years and I haven’t been to Subway in the last 7. I was shocked and appalled to arrive at this location and see a person loitering in the front. I waited a bit before I exited my vehicle to see his intentions. I mean, although it was 37° he could’ve been outside to get air after he ordered his food.NOT! Nevertheless, I proceeded to the counter to order my food & I see one of the workers has her 2 children behind the counter! They were making themselves sandwiches! Although they were wearing gloves, these children had on their outside coats! The fact that this worker felt it was OK for her children to be behind the counter is ridiculous. I almost expected them to take my order! I’m all for moms that have to bring their kids to work for whatever reason, but she could’ve easily had them sit in the dining room at one of the tables, or have them sit in the back. Out of sight out of mind. She could’ve made them something to eat herself and brought it to them. After seeing that, I just left the store frustrated. After a hard days’ work I just wanted to grab a sandwich and head home, but that wasn’t gonna be the case. Pretty...
Read moreGood Afternoon, i visisted this afternoon and asked the preparer, who did an outstanding job, if i could get a foot long tuna price using two different 6 inch breads. I was told yes and the manager, Courtney, was standing directly behind her. Upon completion of the foot long tuna sub the manager proceeded to charge me for two six inch sandwiches. I told her that i asked before ordering. She stated very nasty that i did not ask her. However i did as she was standing there and decided not to respond to the question. So i asked her if she heard my question. She ignored me. I told her that i did not want the second sandwich. She opened the 6 inch i purchased and then rolled it up in the paper and stuffed it into the bag. I have never been treated like this at a Subway. I purchased the same footlong at 5 different subways and ive always been harged for a footlong. I asked the manager, Courtney a question and she just ignored me again and walked away. I told her that i would pray for her. If she treats her customers like this, i feel sorry for...
