Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

I have never felt like an inconvenience to someone than I did tonight! The girl behind the counter gave me the worst stink eye that I have ever received from another individual that isnt my ex wife. Did not listen to the order that I gave the first time and gave me more stinkeye after I corrected her. An absolute disregard for any level of customer service. Walked away to go get condiments and I asked the other two guys (sorry if yall catch heat for this guys, yall were great!) "Is she ok?", and they both looked at me and laughed. I can only take away that that face is her status quo. The fact that a similar review shows up under the 'similar reviews' shows that management doesnt care enough to train or fire her. I work at a local dealership and will be telling others to avoid this location...

Ordered online and when I got there my order was apparently taken by someone else. As I'm waiting 2 other groups of people come in after me and the worker starts making their food before mine. Also I told him I'm vegetarian and I requested new gloves and clean cut. The guy agreed to do it but I watched him and he did neither. Also I noticed they ran out of Chipotle sauce so instead of getting more they put a couple squirts and thought I wouldn't notice. 0/10 experience avoid this location...

Today called for the Turkey Cali fresh but I really came for the outstanding service. There is an issue with the coupons and the other locations have simply turned me away but Shaquana went above and beyond to insure that I had a good deal but also throughly went through the menu with me! She greeted me again today and I decided to go outside the coupon deal and get our favorite. I hope mgmt sees this and looks out for the crew that is running this spot. Great atmosphere...
