This place has gone downhill....big time. I just spent $64 (and most visits between $70-100) so I expect something to be edible. If food isnt great, i usually still eat it but this time it was GROSS. Im tempted to take it back and tell them they can eat it. Everything clearly sat for a long time and tasted like it. Mash potato poppers tasted like bad oil and i dont think ive ever had a bad biscuit but couldn't eat that either. This wasn't an opinion of just 1. The food is getting tossed in the trash. A previous visit where I spend $90, food was cold but at least edible. I waa missing several sides and a bundle cake. I was told they couldn't refund my money (which they should if I didn't get what I paid for) but I could get it another day. I asked for it today and was told if its been 30 days I can't get it. NOONE told me that or I would have. They said sorry can't give it to you...."its poiicy". So I paid for something I did not get. Ummm let me tell you something kfc.... I dont care what your policy is. I know what the LAW is and THAT is stealing. The food has been terrible and attitude here is terrible. Surprised this place hasn't shut down. I gave this place many chances,, and will not continue to waste my money. I definately will NOT be back...and I used to LOVE kfc. If I could give this place 0...
Read moreOur recent experience at this KFC location was frustrating enough to warrant a review. While I don’t expect much from fast food, I do expect decent customer service, a correct order, and food that matches the price point. Unfortunately, this visit failed on all fronts.
We ordered through the app for a strips meal and an 8-piece bucket. When my wife got home, we realized several large sides were missing, and the chicken quality lack severely. While we didn’t want to find an alternative dinner option we did at least want the items we ordered.
When my wife called the store, the employee on the phone was dismissive and unhelpful, questioning my wife. While on hold, she overheard staff arguing about the mistake. When she returned to pick up the missing items the woman from the phone continued to complain about the situation, acting like our return was a burden.
While mistakes happen, the unprofessional and rude response is inexcusable. The lack of accountability and poor attitude turned a minor error into a much bigger problem. Fast food or not, basic customer service and quality control should still be expected. Sadly, this location missed the mark. Hopefully, management holds is staff to a higher standard and more...
Read moreI haven't been to a KFC in forever. And today I was in McDonald's parking lot but didn't want that again, so I downloaded the app and ordered. The KFC was just across the street so I waited in the designated area until the app said my food was ready. I went inside the newly renovated space and it was gorgeous 😍. So sleek and clean and bright but still warm and inviting. They did a good job.
Staff was cool and my food was coming out as soon as I got to the counter. They were polite and I was in and out.
I got 4pc extra crispy combo with mashed potatoes and gravy, an extra side of mac and cheese and Dr pepper. Their Dr Pepper was a bit less flavorful and strong than the other fast food places in my opinion. The biscuit was ok a bit too thick and Mac and cheese was gloopy (both status quo for KFC so it's fine).
The chicken was amazing. Super flavorful, but I fortunately the meat was on the dry side for the white meat. But the crunch and flavor was all the way there. Mashed potatoes I feel use to be better but they still were tasty.
Also I was kinda mad the dessert cakes weren't listed in the app but I saw the sign when I went inside. I would've gotten them with my order. So maybe I'll go back...
