Sultan Kabob — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

Absolutely recommend giving Sultan Kabob a try! We had them cater our Christmas dinner, and this was my third time enjoying their food. Rating: 11/10! Their dishes are outstanding. My husband’s family is Afghan, and we’ve explored many local spots, but Sultan is now our go-to local favorite. Their beef, chicken, and lamb kabobs are all packed with juicy flavor and tender. Unlike many other local restaurants where the beef kabobs are dry, Sultan’s are consistently moist and flavorful. The lamb kabob is especially impressive—it’s tender and rich in flavor, without being overly salty like some others. I can’t usually enjoy lamb at many places due to the salt, but Sultan’s lamb is a perfect balance. It’s absolutely melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Their sides are equally fantastic, especially the spinach, chickpeas, and potatoes (the potato side is my new favorite—thank you, Sultan!). The kabuli pulao is also top-notch. Amazing meal!! Visiting family here and we were SO excited to see this place had opened!!! SO friendly, service was fast and the food was DELICIOUS!! Highly recommend! The rice was some of the best I've ever had! I got the combo platter which included the chicken, lamb, and shami!!! We tried the eggplant and chickpeas as side dishes. The sauces were also amazing!
