Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia

So, I earned something new, we have a extra large family. So it's not unusual for us to order (2) family packs as well as other items. I am not sure if you are aware but with all the staffing shortages and you can't say there aren't any. They want you to order on the kiosk. So we get this huge $75.00 order entered in to the kiosk and it says that there is an error. So now we have to try and get an employees attention to place our order the old fashioned way. Imagine that actually interacting with a real live person. So this is the good/bad thing. Because some of our kids like tomatoes and lettuce on their tacos okay, I do. My favorite is the Supreme, so we learned that you can say plain shells, hard or soft and everything on the side. My only complaint is they were extremely stingy with the meat, we had 7 shells left over plenty of lettuce or what Levi likes...

It’s time to renew 90% of your staff; manager included. We waited for 25 minutes today 10/26/22. Woman came out and told us they were sorry for the wait but they were trying to clear out the complaining customers at the counter.

So not only were they failing on the drive through but also on the front end. Even witnessed another potential customer drive off out of frustration. They were so frustrated they had to individually ask 4 different vehicles to give them room so they could leave.

Where was the manager during this you ask? Well we had a perfect view because she was playing in the safe leaving it open for 5+ minutes. Every other visible employee was on their phone except for the 1-2 that had urgency to complete their job.

Oh also they managed to get my order wrong but at this level of incompetence I...

Mobile order. Husband came in to get it. There wasn't a long drive thru line and only two customers on the inside and one of the two was upset her order was wrong. The manager SMH yelling at an employee " Why is this bag?" In the employee ear 👂. Look I don't condone violence this one time this chick would've got that soybean meat in her face. People doing that unnecessary mess at work in front of customers and others has no authority in their personal life. Anyway the order wasn't ready and it was messed up. To that employee you need to stand up for yourself one time and that grizzly bear will be a cub. Some people can only get the picture and stop that crazy when you stand up to them or communicate in their native language...
