Overall Wawa has the best coffee ever better than any other place I've ever tried if you're just looking for a regular cup of coffee. I don't do the sugary drinks so I can't speak on that. But I do know every time I go to Wawa I'm always greeted by someone that works there and I always get great customer service at the register. They make it their policy to be very cordial with people and I really love that about Wawa. So whether you're just passing through this area or you're new in town or say your local stop by get you a great cup of coffee and get you some great customer service. There is one other thing I must add. These Wawa's get so busy that they don't really have time to clean their bathrooms. And I understand why the bathrooms can get a little messy at times. Read moreI came in today for a milkshake. The woman Becky was making my order. They have a screen behind the counter with videos of all the new limited time beverages. She looks up at me and ask very rudely, "Um, can I help you with something?? You keep looking in my face! Do you want something?" It at first startled me because I wasn't sure who she was talking to. She yells "YOU! Why are you looking in my face??" I responded excuse me? I was looking at the screen behind you. She said Oh, because it looks like you're looking at me. I said. No, I was looking at the advertisements. She rolls her eyes and turns around and went on to make the drinks. Read moreThe store was not busy at all. I ordered two milkshakes. After paying and then a long wait, I was told one was made was then they ran out of ice cream. Then the manager (Lindy, Linda?) came out to give me a refund and then I realized the one given to me was basically vanilla soup. She credited the card. No apology from anyone!!! They didn't run out of ice cream stuff, they just didn't pour it in the machine because I watched him do it. I was told it would be ready in 45 minutes and "we can do it all over again" said the "manager." Employees are far more concerned with each other than customers. Things happen...I get it. At least give me a "sorry about that" or "sorry for your bad luck"...something.
