Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia

These people play too much. My husband and son went into the lobby on a Wednesday night after the typical "dinner rush" time, and they had a cashier who couldn't answer a question about what was in a promotional item (and got an attitude when she was asked if she could find out), and she didn't even know what combo number a crunchwrap supreme meal was. Whoever was helping her bag orders was saying "motherf*ker every other word, joking around with people in the kitchen, and at one point was on his cell phone video chatting with his mother. The kid couldn't even take the hint when he was telling his co-worker friends to say "hi Mom" and my husband was like "heyyyyy ma!". The cashier rang up the orders wrong, and the order was missing a few items because of this childish kid bagging orders. I called to talk to the manager, and he seemed neither surprised nor concerned. I get that this is a minimum wage job, and mistakes happen when you're making/passing out food. But this wasn't an honest mistake - this was immature behavior and lack of management intervention. This isn't the first time I've received bad customer service there or a wrong order, but the rudeness of the cashier and the cursing and talking on his personal phone of the other co-worker really upset me and I won't be back. There are other options...

We didn’t dine in, we used the drive-thru service. We ordered a Burrito Supreme and two beef tacos (meat only) and requested (6) hot sauce packets. We drove around to the window and were greeted by a very nice window server. She was cordial and quick with a smile. The food came rather quickly and after saying our goodbyes, my wife and I drove off into the sunset… all the way over to a clear parking spot on the other side of the lot where we anxiously opened the bag with our food inside. How many of you remember Lethal Weapon 2 with Joe Pesci acting as Leo Getz? Remember? Leo said (and I will clean it up a bit), “They f$&@ you at the drive-thru, okay? They f$&@ you at the drive-thru!” We were famished so no matter how badly they messed up our order, no matter what they served us, no matter what condition the food was in, we were gonna eat it! As it turns out, they got the order exactly correct, except for the condiments… I asked for 6 hot sauces but only received 4, no big deal, at least they were hot sauces! The burrito I ate was pretty good; my wife enjoyed her tacos, too. I did noticed the meat inside of the taco shell had (literally) a puddle of grease floating on top. Although greasy meat is usually quite tasty, as confirmed by my wife, it isn’t healthy. But it is fast food and...

I just wanna say that Taco Bell in Madison heights is the best. I worked today been up since 5 am took my son to school went to work got off at 3pm. I was busy at work didn’t have time for lunch I ate about 8 am. On my way home I stopped to get Taco Bell for us and we’ll when I went to drive off from ordering my stop and start engine decided to not start so hear I am sitting there and can’t go. I’m so embarrassed at this point I want to die and now I have to ask for help. So I tell the girl what’s going and I have jumper cables if someone can lend me a car. Not to mention this happened to me Monday when same story but instead of Taco Bell I’m at piano practice with my son across town. So the women comes out and helps me we get my car going and I drive around expecting to pay for our food and the women said it’s on the house. I cant tell you how thankful I was for this woman to be so kind when I was so stressed out and late picking my son up from school. I was tired, hungry and stressed out.
