Just left from there and didn't get what I ordered. I ordered 2 breakfast platters and a double biscuits and gravy with a side of sausage. I asked for 6 grape jelly and 6 strawberry jelly. I was served 2 breakfast platters, a side of sausage, a regular biscuits and gravy and 3 grape jelly and 3 strawberry jelly. The food is barely warm. Did not pass the Mom check. Don't waste your time at this location. I've given up on them after 5 years of trying. Everytime we go here it's something. If it's not the food, it's the service. I was in the drive through last trip and a girl was cussing someone out and my children and I could hear every word spoken through the speaker as she was yelling. Just go to Amherst.
Let me add on that my biscuit has already been pulled apart like it was meant for something else. I have never recieved a biscuit before that was halved for a biscuits and gravy. You can literally see where they dug their fingers into it and pulled it apart.

Went back for a refund and spoke to the manager and she apologized and promptly remade my order. Food was still lukewarm but edible. We love Hardee's but this one is just not it. The manager said she was filling in from another store, hopefully she can get a handle on this place and make it just as amazing as the Amherst location. We'll try again soon and see if things have changed.

This past weekend, I visited this particular Hardee's..only to leave with a refund for what I waited more than 15 minutes for a didn't receive. We ordered about $35 worth of food and after we paid we were asked to pull forward. No surprise, it was a large order. However, after waiting for about 15 minutes I went inside and heard a variety of responses on what happened. First, they were waiting on the burgers. Then they dropped the chicken tenders but gave them to other customers. I ended up asking for a refund. It was lunch time and this was a very disorganized team. They clearly didn't all get along and there was a serious lack of communication among them. They didn't even know what my order was or that it hadn't been filled. This was the same case for two other gentlemen who had been told to move forward. This was probably my worst experience ever at a Hardee's. You guys have good food! Get...

Ordered a hot ham and cheese with a cherry coke. The cherry coke was out. I asked for a coke. The boy at the window was shaking his hair and digging in his hair while making my drank. I asked the manager for refund. Manager claimed he/she couldn't do refunds. And never gave me my money back. Manager stated was gone write mt name it down. I let the know I didn't trust that he/she would because of the appearance. I couldn't tell if it was a boy or girl. With that being stated if your appearance is confusing than you may be a liar. Manager threatened to call police. It was the worst experience I ever had. No wonder the store doesn't get alot of business after breakfast hours.
