Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Virginia

My wife and I went in to get some dinner. After waiting about 10 minutes just to order, the cashier finally acknowledged that we were there. We placed our order at 6:11 p.m. at around 6:20, the girl was again telling the cook our order. In the mean time, at least 2 customers placed and received their orders, with one coming back and making and recieving a second order. At around 6:30, my wife went to the counter to find out what was taking so long. She was told that there was a problem work making our order, and they needed the manager. Unfortunately, he was in the bathroom! He finally emerged at 6:35, and my wife asked for our money back. The refund was given at 6:37. That's 26 minutes! Our order was simple ( 2 cheeseburgers, no pickle, and one cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and mayo, and a couple of drinks! ) so I can't figure out the problem! This is not the first time I have gotten pitiful service here. And from the number of negative reviews, this place should be shut down! Very disappointed in the customer service at this Dairy Queen. My sister and I pulled up about 15 minutes before they closed and ordered three blizzards. There were no cars in the drive through and when we pulled up it took a few minutes for anyone to take our order. The girl then took our order and told us to pull around. She then came to the window cleaning rag in hand and told us that they had been “so busy” that the ice cream machines were frozen over. There were no cars in the parking lot and zero cars in the drive through. She then asked if we wanted a dilly bar. If we’d wanted dilly bars, that’s what we would have ordered. I went to do today and honestly I was happy until I got home. When I got home my order was wrong. Called them and they told me to come back and they will fix it. When I drive all of the way back after waiting 35 minutes in the drive thru, they tell me that it was not their issue it was mine.that the chicken and biscuits does not come with gravy and that they will fix the fact that I ordered a 6 piece instead of a 4 price. When I told her what it showed on the picture she said I " assumed" that it came with gravy.
