Horrible trip here!! We had a group of 14. The person taking our order didn’t know English and we had to point to our food. We had 7 diffrent checks. Instead of them bringing our bills we had to pay at a separate cash register that was not at the front. It was my husbands birthday and his mother had paid for his and mine .We all had valpak coupons for each party. First of all they would not let us use our valpak coupons. Their excuse was that it was per table but that was wrong as well because we have had a few groups there before and it was no problem. Again our bills were separated into 7 parties . 2 sets of food wasn’t right but we ate it anyway because it was too hard to make them understand. We left a little earlier before the last 3 paid because my husbands mother paid for his birthday meal and mine as well. Apparently at the register again they everybody had to point at what they got. We have a lot of very nice backward people in our family that do not like confrontation my son and my husbands brother are those people. They were the last set of 2 to pay. Not to mention the whole group was in line for an hour at best to pay their totals!! My son was the very last and for him and his girlfriend his bill was $250 and all they had was a meal and 2 beer. He paid it though. I wish I had know what all was going on and I would have stayed and would have ask to speak to a manager and my poor son wouldn’t be out his money. I felt so sorry for him . Moral of the story don’t go here with a large group it will be a nightmare you won’t forget!! The food was good but the service was horrible with no refills and mix up on the food and that bill . Guess patrons made a good little lick off of us not letting us use but one $5 coupon for 7 parties and charging an out of the blue extra $200 that should not have been on there because all our bills were paid and were supposedly distributed correctly after our approval till they got to the last one !! My friend brought me here for my birthday it was my first time here. The food was absolutely. The greeter at the door this short little man I don't remember his name but he was absolutely amazing. Are Waiter on the other hand seemed preoccupied come to find out he had left it was time for him to go. But there was no communication from him and we were wondering where he had went and then all of a sudden this young girl she comes over to serve us the rest of the meal. Of course she did not even introduced herself which I felt was very unprofessional. But she was very attentive. The main course was absolutely amazing. The desert on the other hand was a cheesecake that they ended up giving us half off of the price because it tasted old and it kind of tastes like cardboard and it was very soft and mushy for a cheesecake I didn't really care for it. But overall I will recommend this restaurant whether you're just passing through or you live locally come on through and get you some of this amazing food but I would be leery of the desserts. And hopefully you will have a waiter that communicates to you. He sure did miss out on a good tip. the waitress that ended up helping us you know pack up our food and all of that she is the one that got the tip. I know that sometimes they live off of these tips so that's why we always have regardless of the service. Hopefully they will make improvements in the area of communication as far as their waiters and waitresses are concerned. Leaving a guest hanging to wonder where their waiter is is not professional. First time diner. Let me just say, the food was EXCEPTIONAL!! The service however was NOT. The lack of management support on the floor was absolutely embarrassing!! I have been in the restaurant industry 30 years. The way this restaurant was running tonight, leaves a lot to question. My husband and I were sat immediately upon entering the restaurant. We were given chips and salsa within 2-3 minutes of being sat. The server came immediately after to get our drink order. He gave us a few minutes to decide on our entrees. He returned to grab our order in a timely manner. Here's where the problem arose. We were 1 of 2 tables in this area/section when a 25 top came in. All services to our table stopped at that point. Our server never came back. Our food was delivered, missing several items we ordered. We asked for them when the food was delivered but no one brought them back. We sat for almost 10 minutes with our entrees waiting on the rest of the food before we could start eating. We finally were able to flag our server down, which seemed to annoy him. We got what we ordered and he just left us. That was it. No drink refills, I wanted a 2nd margarita my husband wanted a 2 nd beer. The ONLY focus in our section was on that 25 top. All the while, this server is STILL getting sat more tables. There was NO MANGER on the floor touching tables or assisting with guests.
