This place has a 4.1 rating? LMAO - HOW?! If it were possible to give negative "stars" then I 100% absolutely would! Front line, correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe since you're "customer facing" you are supposed to be polite and friendly and be able to speak up to where someone can hear you? I also believe that since you are customer facing, you aren't supposed to act like the customer is a burden because they're in line to pay for things? And, also, I don't think that rolling your eyes is taught to you in "Wawa University" or actually any of what I just mentioned. But, Grade A customer service to y'all! As far as the "deli" area. I find it pretty pathetic - As in, the employees... Yes, PATHETIC! I witnessed an elderly man order 5 sizzli sandwiches and when the lady brought them out, she hollered the order, the man said right here and walked over with the biggest smile, then she decided to slam his sizzli's on the counter, give him a "death stare" and then walk away. The look on this mans face was as if he felt wrong for ordering breakfast. POOR YOU for having to make food for a customer... That's part of your job - Right? OR I could be wrong there, too. It took everything I had to not say something to this lady. I find you rude and pathetic. If you hate your job as much as we witnessed then I suggest you get out and find one that you enjoy - Maybe one where you don't have to make food or face the public since it is such an inconvenience for you. (: Fast forward.... 15 minutes later, as I am still waiting for my drink because apparently exchanging stories about what happened the night before and how y'all need a mani/pedi so bad are new ways that go into making beverages that customers order. But, apologizing "for my long wait" would absolutely fix the issue! 30 minutes inside for a bagel and a specialty beverage is a new all time record. Y'all keep it up. Your customer service is GREAT. Read moreOkay so I’ll just say this much… If this place had a help and food inspector walk in without notice I believe that it would undoubtedly shut down due to the horrendous condition of the bathroom and facilities in general. there’s rhyme boogers and snot all over the place not limited to the bathroom. I had to go pee really quick so I went to the bathroom thinking that maybe afterwards I will get something. Well, I was very mistaken!!! The bathroom was absolutely disgusting urine all over the floor and the walls around the urinal floors and wall and sink were covered in the same stuff. It looks like. Walking out and purchasing a candy and a drink the self serve registers were covered in more grime and boogers and I’m not sure what else. Maybe some foreign matter for human bodily fluids. It’s probably the worst condition Wawa I have ever been to and I’ve been living on the East Coast for about 10 years. I will do my best to avoid this because it is so covered and trash and nastiness inside and out. The outside has lit everywhere and the windows are disgusting. Trust me, I am not a picky person nor do I suffer from OCD.. I understand that people use this place but it is poorly maintained. There needs to be a serious change in leadership here and a sense of ownership. Please fix this place because it’s so conveniently close to the airport that they should not be the introduction to Virginia that foreigners see.

Read more2 young ladies one with short blonde hair and the other had long burgundy hair. As I preceded to the counter to place my order at the machine it has finger prints and it looked unclean. Because of safety and health reasons I wiped it with a napkin. The 2 ladies decided to belittle me while standing behind me while I was Placing my order. They are loud and wanted me to hear them It's sad it was if they were upset that I cleaned the machine before using it. After receiving my food, I decided to speak with the young lady because I wanted to know if This was personal it maybe they singled me out. She said her name was Holly and did I do something wrong Several customers were looking and I just said no and walked away. I have a boot on my foot from my ankle. All the way to my knee.
