I'm just writing a 5 star review to counter the INSANELY MORONIC woman who gave this place a one star because someone dared ask that she tell her kids to not scream inside the restaurant.
Ok, I get it, you think your little units are the brightest angels in all the world, but they aren't, and you are nothing more than a snob with her head up her own rear. You think someone asking you to tell your kids to use their inside voice means it's no longer "kid friendly"????
Lady, people like you make me sick. You bring your little brats to public places, let them go nuts, then when someone dares ask you to show THE SLIGHTEST BIT OF PARENTING, you act like you're the victim of some grossly over exaggerated conflict. You're not.
You're a rude snobbish B, and I for one am SO GLAD that you left your review for the world to see. It makes me want to go eat there even more, frankly, knowing that an irritating blowhards such as yourself won't be there ever again.

I recently visited Tropical Smoothie for the first time with my two hungry kids, and it was an incredibly frustrating experience. We placed our order and ended up waiting for 20 minutes, watching as three or four other customers who arrived after us received their orders and left. The staff was extremely unprofessional and immature, which only added to our frustration.
After such a long wait, I lost my appetite and requested a refund for my wrap, though I still paid for the other two items. To make matters worse, there was no store manager available on site, and when I asked for the manager's contact information, the staff refused to provide it.

Read moreI go to the Stonewall location 3/4 times a week because I work near it at Blue Ridge Seafood.. I’ve NEVER had a problem until this afternoon. I always do a mobile order, when I went inside today it wasn’t ready so I waited. After I walked in 2 more customers came in.. one of the customers went to the register to order & stood there for a good 5-7 minutes before a young woman walked up to the register, completely ignored the customer & continue packing up a Togo order. I spoke up & said is someone going to help her.. the employee replied “oh I thought she had a mobile order”. I very much understand you can get busy & sometimes the customer does need to be patient BUT when 3 of the employees in the back are playing & joking.. another 3 are in the front talking & not paying attention.. that’s a problem!
