I meant to review this truck stop a while back but forgot to! It was a great deal for a sandwich and two sides, I canā€™t remember exactly how much I spent but it wasnā€™t over $17, it was great and Iā€™m not a huge fan of bbq unless itā€™s Korean or off the bonešŸ˜‚ Uncle Fredā€™s is great and always super great customer service every time you come by! Great portions and good sauces, definitely need to get it when I see them there again! I love supporting local/small businesses like...

When the truck is the best part of your restaurant, you might want to get another career. This is a sweet man and he tried but the food is nasty and not seasoned at all. The greens are hard and bland, the ribs are just there. My husband was so mad when I brought this food home. He told me never ever go back here again.

Uncle Fred's is 5-star all the way!. I've ordered BBQ and sides from him for several years for our mineral club holiday party. Everyone raves about the quality of the food and asked where I got it. I proudly tell them about Uncle Fred's. Fred is extremely response to communications. He's very easy to work with....
