We went to Burger King and decided to order our food. We didn’t order a ice cream cone but when we got to the window we decided to. We told the employee that we wanted a ice cream cone and she said that she couldn’t add it but we had MULTIPLE experiences where they will add something. This employee said that she couldn’t not because there were other cars behind us. There were literally one 2 cars and she said 4. and that employee said that she could give it to us for free but to not tell the manager. I do not care if she gets fired, to be honest I hope she does. She then proceeded to talk bad about us informó of us, she slammed the window and kept talking and talking. Read moreAlmost every time we order from this Burger King, they find a way to screw up the order, or the food is just meh. (Like old chicken fries or cold burgers) Most of the time we order, it's only for two or three people. Us guys at the shop picked up Burger King tonight, and they screwed up everyone's order. Two Maple Bourbon Whoppers, one with double patty, both asked for extra sauce. One of them didn't have ANY sauce at all. Neither had an extra patty. Also got a Bacon King, add onion, lettuce, pickle. It came without the add ons.
We took it ALL back and had it completely remade, and then AGAIN, missed the "extra sauce" on our burgers, one of them had barely any sauce at all. They made BOTH of them double patty.
And they forgot the onion, pickle, lettuce on the Bacon King, AGAIN. Not to mention the customer service was lackluster, but we usually don't complain about grumpy workers WHEN THEY DONT SCREW UP THE ORDER...

If you don't know what you want. there is an inside. To make sure your order is correct. Try telling them exactly how you want it before pressing total that include add ons. She. You add on at the window you are causing a pause or back track and confusing and also slowing the order that's behind you. And the same goes for changing your oder at the window. Have your money ready at the window. They don't tell you the total before hand for nothing. That helps!. Be patient!
