The management is horrible. I had an interview the other day that last not even 5 minutes and was the worst interview I've ever been a part of. The manager michael knight didn't ask any important questions or say that they would contact me back and most likely didn't even review my app. I'd been working at taco bell in a different state for 2 years prior to applying at this location, but the manager told me that she was passing on my application because I wasn't qualified for the job and that I wouldn't be a good fit. All the workers were black and I'm white so that's probably why. She could not give me an answer as to why I wasn't a good fit or qualified enough she just said they passed on my application. So I asked again and she still couldn't supply an answer so I said that I had been working at taco bell for two years. She said that I was arguing by saying that and it proved that I wasn't a good fit. All I said was that I had worked here for 2 years. That was not arguing. Read morereview from 7/3/2020: Did an online order hoping for a decent meal. Unfortunately I was not given that. The Nacho Crunch Double Stacked Tacos wasn't mad properly to even stay together, the grilled cheese burrito was drenched in cheese, and when I had to ask for my Strawberry candy freeze they gave it to me in a kiddy cup, not even completely filled and without the candy. We only asked for mild sauce and they threw in every single sauce they had which was totally unneeded.. I wasn't even given a receipt for my visit. This isn't the only time we've experienced a problem with this location and wanted to give them another try. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon.
review from 2019: Every time we order from this location they always miss an item, I could understand once or twice, but EVERY SINGLE TIME is a bit ridiculous. Even stopped going for a few months and gave them one more time (cause they're the closest to us) and STILL they forgot something. They really need to get on board with verifying orders before...
Read moreNever previously had a bad experience with this Taco Bell until recently .. we ordered our food online on a mobile order , the order went through and took the money out of my bank account . We go to pick up the food and they say they aren’t taking mobile orders right now ... if we wanted our food we would have to reorder and pay again .. we ask them how to get our money back and they say “ I don’t know “ none of them had any clue what they were doing and when we asked for a manager she said “ we can’t do anything about it “ .. so we call Taco Bell customer service and she said it will take 4 days for our money back . No order replaced we had to reorder and pay again just to get our food .... very disappointed...
