I’m a big fan of Wendy’s food but I will not eat at another Wendy’s again because of my experience at this Wendy’s franchise. On my 4 hour drive to my moms, my two sons and I decided we wanted Wendy’s for supper. We had to wait for over an hour until we finally found one on our way. We went through the drive-thru. The three meals we choose cost $23 and some change. As I was pulling out I asked my oldest (11) if we were given straws and he said “no”. I parked and went in and got straws and napkins (that we weren’t given either). As I was getting back on the interstate he discovered that he had not received his 10 piece nuggets. The next exit was 5 miles away. I then drove back 5 miles. I went in and asked for the manager. I told her what had happened and asked for my money back on my purchase of my meal. She said she couldn’t do that. I was offered the $3 and change (the cost of the 10 piece). I went to leave a review on Wendy’s website, instead of this particular franchise, and could not do so because I was not given a receipt either. To leave a review on the main Wendy’s website the information on your receipt is required. My 4 hour trip became a 4 1/2 hour trip. It’s a shame this experience has turned me from Wendy’s. I really do like their food. Receipt, straws, napkins and the food that was paid for I don’t feel is too much to expect to be put in the bag at the drive-thru. I didn’t receive...
Read moreI went there today to get a replacement meal for one they had messed up on previously after speaking with a manager (on the day of the messed up order). At the time she was very professional, apologetic and assured me that I could get it remade at a future date. Took my name down and what was wrong with my order. Well it turns out at this particular location they only keep your name on a list for a week or two at the most. After which they throw the list away. Granted it has been 1 month since the time of the mess up, but she never told me there was a time limit on how long I could wait to receive the remake. Professionally I believe their practice of only keeping names for a week or so is completely wrong. I a manager at a Little Caesar's and there we put down customers names (for messed up orders) along with their phone number, date of sale and what was wrong with their order. Their names will stay in that book until they come in for their remade order after which we mark out their name. We do not put any time limit on to when said customer can pick up their corrected order. It took a few minutes for the manager to decide if she was going to honor her promise and I did receive the corrected order. I just feel it could have been handled more professionally then the way she handled it. Other than this particular visit I usually get really good...
Read moreCame through this Wendy's today at 3:25pm. The last time I came here I ordered a baconator triple meal with just cheese and bacon (plain). When I got the order, there was no bacon, but I'm a first responders and work overnights, so I couldn't go back to fix it. Today when I pulled up to the window, I asked the guy "this is a baconator with just cheese and bacon right? It was missing bacon last time." He looked at the screen and said "yeah". Just opened my food at 3:50. No bacon. Again. Picture attached this time. Can't go back, in the middle of a 20 hour shift and now I can't eat for the next 8 to 10 hours because this child working at the Wendy's window doesn't comprehend basic English apparently. 0/10, would not recommend this location. Will not be giving free money to Wendy's anymore. Get your act together people. It's a simple concept. You want people's money, they want specific things. You give them those things, they give you money. I held up my end. You did...
