Well after not getting food from the local Wendy's, for several years because of animal hair being in my food and I decided to give it another try...what a huge mistake that was...I have red hair cooked into my sandwich....I will never go back to this location again. I wrote a review the last time and there wasn't anything done about it at all. Why doesn't the corporate office respond to any of the negative complaints...do you not care?? The red head(young white girl)is working on the line without a hat, visor or a hair net. WHY?? That is so nasty and disgusting and very disturbing to see after you get half way thru your sandwich. Last time it was animal hair in my food and of course nothing was ever done as always. WHY?? Then the manager Noah had the audacity to ask me to fill out paperwork to get my money back...didn't ask me for any information when I was placing my food order tho, except for what I had ordered. I spent $24.02. I don't understand why the kitchen staff isn't required to wear hats, or hairnets, if their hair touches their shoulders it should be tucked into a hairnet or hat.Everyone else in the kitchen and restaurant had headwear on, from what I could see. After walking in to return the 'hairburger'...I wouldn't go back now if I had free food for life. The red head didn't even look very clean nor professional. I will be seeking other help because something needs to be done about this wendys location, I don't have these problems at any of the other wendys locations. Just this one. It's a dayuum shame that it is still not worth going to and they still do nothing to improve the situation. My burger meat tasted horrible it was old and tough and black around the edges. I will make sure I let other know that you now serve 'hairburgers' compliments of Wendy's...
Read moreOnly come to this Wendy's if you want long wait times, incorrect orders, and rude customer service. Look I understand that there's a staffing shortage right now, but this is just ridiculous. I go to Wendy's a lot (more often than I should) and every single time the employees are rude. I understand that you can't always have a smile after a busy but you have to talk to people anyways, the least you can do is say hello. Not only that but you don't need to bark the order total out the window so rudely. On top of that I don't think there's a single time this Wendy's hasn't messed up some part of the order. Either messing it up in the process of ordering or somewhere along the way. Always items missing, incorrect items, half filled fries, cold food, and having to go back through the drive through or trying to contact their impossible to reach customer service. I understand it's only fast food but I've quite frankly gotten better service at 7/11 and two in the morning from a stoned college student. Either train your people better, get more people, or close down this location and move the employment to other Wendy's. Because this store really ain't worth...

When the person in front of us was able to order. People, if you do not want to work for fast food, don’t work in it! Every one of them needs to be fired in afternoon shift because it has gotten bad. I love going to that one but seeing the other reviews for it now, I do not want to eat at that one anymore. Their staff needs to stop being lazy as h3ll and actually work. I will probably start going back to the one in Christiansburg. Yes, I’ve noticed it takes forever to get food done there, but them actually serving their customers like their supposed to, that’s what a fast food chain is supposed to do.
