If I could give 0 stars I WOULD. I keep giving this sorry "establishment" chances. NO MORE. I will do everything I can to not let any of my friends, coworkers, family eat here. They let there chicken sit there for HOURS becoming nasty and dry and they have the audacity to serve that to people! I called in to complain about how my traditional wing meal was served. Overly done fries SKIMPY and DRY wings, BURNT toast they fill your cup with more ice than actual drink. I strongly believe that they pick through the fries and eat them because I always tend to get the edge/raggedy ones. I do NOT know why this place charges so much but literally skimps out and gives you the tiniest driest and nastiest wings. So my problem is is that I called to have a meal refunded due to the chicken obviously sitting out and the fries were bad and the toast burnt. I call repeatedly even when someone answered they instantly hang up. I called right back and a lady answers who claimed she was a manager. She said I could come back and get a refund on my meal and that she wrote my name and number down for reference. I asked her how long the chicken she had out has been just sitting there and there was a long pause before saying "oh im so sorry if you come back I will give you a replacement or a refund of your choice. I live far away so I came back the next day when I could. So I come back and I had the hardest time and the manager on duty was rude to me saying you ate some of the fries I cant give you a refund. NONE of the wings were ate, nor the burnt toast and YES I did have a few fries along the way home when I noticed the whole meal quality was bad. The manager on duty when I went there said that they did not have a female manager there when I came when I got my food. So they have employees answering the phones claiming they are managers then? AT LEAST give me a partial refund or offer a replacement! I was so upset with the situation I told them to keep the meal and left. That store has frauds and liars working there. Read moreVisiting from out of town , my family and I stopped at this Zaxbys. We had a fairly large order ( 2 signature chicken sandwich combos, 2 snack packs , boneless wing meal, with two kids meals.
You could tell from the beginning that the young lady taking the order had an attitude. ( red dyed hair up in bun) I paid for the order and had a small wait. The same young lady who took my order came out with 1 bag and two kids meals. The bag contained 2 chicken sandwiches with absolutely nothing on them and poorly packaged as if someone dropped them , stepped on the put them back in the bag, no fries, no snack packs, no kids drinks, That was it. I quickly realized the error and went in. The same young lady , in an annoyed tone asked me what I was missing as if I was the one who completely forgot an entire two bags of food. She snapped and got the manager, who Thank Goodness for her customer service ( dreaded red twists) quickly realized that the order was completely wrong and all of those involved from the preparer to the deliver did not care how poorly the food was provided and lack thereof, she had the order redone. However the food was still lukewarm as if it had just been sitting.I usually do not post such lengthy review, but as a business owner the young adults at this establishment showed lack of care, organization, customer service skills, and all of the above. None of them should have jobs, with the exception of the night manager.
There is no way I would employ people who would tear my business down. It’s simple, if you don’t want to work in fast food then quit. As I am writing this, 2 of my family members have contracted illnesses after eating at this establishment. A warning to all, DON’T GO HERE!! Especially at night, until they clean house

Read moreMy experiences here are usually quite good. However, today was very disappointing. Me and my mother came for the usual, a #2 for me and a #4 for her. Immediately I could tell that the employee behind the drive thru was high on something, her speech was not connected and was very slow and laggy. As a fellow smoker, I understand, but she didn’t seem like she had a high tolerance that a job like this requires. Usually, when we get the #2, the employee behind the speaker asks if we want coleslaw or extra fries and we ask for extra fries because I am autistic and hate coleslaw. But she didn’t ask that at all, she was barely even responding to any of our order. When we got to the window I knew she was high immediately, her eyes said it all. When we got our food after being parked, I opened my #2 with four fingers to see that there was a spoonful of coleslaw sloppily splatted down in one of the little tray pocket things that separate the food. There was liquid spilling out into the part where the chicken and fries were. I wouldn’t have really minded the coleslaw if bits and pieces weren’t all over the tray, and as mentioned before the liquid spilling into different areas.
