Zero's Subs — Restaurant in Virginia

One of the happiest moments when I moved to this city was finding out there was a Zeros. I grew up eating these subs and when I moved away I'll admit I was saddened since I thought they were just a local love. Driving down Lauderdale and finding it I seriously let out a girl squeak and after getting my fuel at the gas station nearby I couldn't help but treat myself. A great little place for sub sandwiches. Toasted in the oven, no steaming or microwaving. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This is the only Zero's location in the Richmond area. I've been to many Zero's Subs shops in the Norfolk - Virginia Beach area and this store beats them all. Fast friendly service and the subs are consistently good, time after time. First time trying Zero’s Subs. Had their Philly Cheesesteak Sub. The young men at the register was very friendly, the guy on the grill worked very hard. I noticed that he would bring each order out and personally handed the food to each customer or bring the tray to the table. The sub was ready very quickly, it was hot and smelled very good.
