Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Visalia

Was told by drive thru employee that I'm taking up their time, was only in line for 2 minutes while looking at menu with windows up in 102⁰ weather. There was no other customers in line behind me. Very rude and did not want that person(s) to make my food. So I left since I was not treated with kindness. Felt rushed. So I left. I will take my business elsewhere. Date was July 13th @4:30pm. What type of employees do you have working there Jack? I was just wanting a taco. SMH this is how you train your employees to treat customers? I do not recommend...

I went here to grab some lunch and use the restroom because I am a mobile technician and on the road all day.

This location does not have a lobby. It only has outside ordering windows and to drive thrus. I asked if I could use the restroom while ordering and they said it was for employees only.

I will literally never be returning to this location. There is no lobby and the Central valley is one of the hottest places on Earth. There is no bathroom. How is that even a thing?

The line on a Friday is absolutely ridiculous. I waited over 10minutes just to pay and there were 3 cars ahead of me only. Completely unacceptable for a fast food chain and especially with $5/gal gas right now. It is so freaking insane I was tempted to drive over their shrubs just to get out of there instead of waiting any further. Nobody should be having to turn off their car in a drive THRU line! Ever!
