La Fiesta Burger — Restaurant in Visalia

It really makes us sad to leave this review due to the fact that this was our favorite place & also where we had our first date. We eat here often & only have had issues with our food a couple of times,however last week my husband stopped there after work like he usually does & our food not only did not taste right our burgers were soggy, fries were old & just did not taste good at all! I called them once I stopped complaining to my husband about it just to let them know BECAUSE AGAIN like I said this is our favorite place. We weren't looking to get our money back nor a free meal at all but the gal who helped us was very sweet like the girls there always have been & instead that our next meal there was on them. We gave them our name & number well the next day my husband wanted them again so I went ahead & called to simply be told we were wrong. The man that I spoke to lacked good customer service he made us feel like we wanted a free meal & because of that & his rudeness they lost 2 of their regulars. Always great food and great service. True owner operator business. We can still get 2 combos with a burger, fries, and a drink for $20. You definitely can't get that at the fast food chains. Crinkle fries, crushed ice.... Got love that... And they have awesome breakfast burritos!!! And even the salsa is really good.... This is a great place to go try!! We need to support our small business owners... before there's none of us left! My favorite breakfast burrito is chorizo, egg, papa's, beans, cheese, add ham... with 2 side salsas. YUM!!! For lunch.. Bacon Chesse...

Seems like, there's always room for a chili dog, and better it it comes in a combo. We'll drive from Kingsburg, just to get one of their combos. We came by earlier than usual, so the wait wasn't too bad. We both ordered, our food came out nice and hot, especially the french fries...nice and crunchy. The menu has many choices to choose from. So, if you're in the area, come by and try one of their combos, or just a chili dog. You'll be pleasantly surprised! Thanks, La Fiesta...
