I use the mobile ordering app all the time at the McDonaldâs on Noble and have never had an issue. However, I decided to try this location, and unfortunately, they forgot my fries. I understand that mistakes happen, so I went back to get it fixed.
When I got there, I pulled up to the ordering kiosk and explained the situation to an employee. He told me to come to the drive-through, so I did. After speaking to him again at the drive-through speaker, he told me to meet the manager at the first window. I waited there for about five minutes until the employee came up and asked if I was missing just one medium fry. I told him it was a medium fry and two small fries.
He closed the window, then came back with just one medium fry and handed it to me, saying, âHere you go.â I told him he was still missing two small fries. He responded with attitude, saying, âThatâs all thatâs on the order.â I explained again that I had two meals that each included a small fry. He rolled his eyes, went back inside, and eventually returned with the two small fries, but his demeanor made me feel like this was somehow my fault.
No manager ever came to speak with me, even though I was told they would. Meanwhile, I could see employees inside laughing, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
This experience felt very unprofessional, and I hope that the teamâs attitudes can be addressed. Itâs not okay to treat customers this way, especially when theyâre just trying to resolve an issue.

some days they are fast, some days are really slow. don't come here if you are strapped for time(i.e break or lunch) because you are seriously rolling the dice. even if you do mobile orders there is no guarantee

I get that its mcdonalds and alot of people probably dont like their job, but bringing those vibes to work isn't going to make your situation any better. I do like the woman with the cool hair, its like a shaved hawk style she is really cool! everyone else is easily forgotten because of how robotic they appear or their negative Attitude. Honestly, Cool Mohawk girl is carrying all of them. I wish i can give her more praise.
