I use the mobile ordering app all the time at the McDonald’s on Noble and have never had an issue. However, I decided to try this location, and unfortunately, they forgot my fries. I understand that mistakes happen, so I went back to get it fixed. When I got there, I pulled up to the ordering kiosk and explained the situation to an employee. He told me to come to the drive-through, so I did. After speaking to him again at the drive-through speaker, he told me to meet the manager at the first window. I waited there for about five minutes until the employee came up and asked if I was missing just one medium fry. I told him it was a medium fry and two small fries. He closed the window, then came back with just one medium fry and handed it to me, saying, “Here you go.” I told him he was still missing two small fries. He responded with attitude, saying, “That’s all that’s on the order.” I explained again that I had two meals that each included a small fry. He rolled his eyes, went back inside, and eventually returned with the two small fries, but his demeanor made me feel like this was somehow my fault. No manager ever came to speak with me, even though I was told they would. Meanwhile, I could see employees inside laughing, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. This experience felt very unprofessional, and I hope that the team’s attitudes can be addressed. It’s not okay to treat customers this way, especially when they’re just trying to resolve an issue. This version keeps your tone natural and to the point while making the grammar and flow smoother. This place is a joke

Ordered at the self-order kiosk after waiting at the register and nobody taking my order. Only a couple people there at 12:30pm on a weekday. 20 minutes later they brought my Fillet O' Fish sandwich but forgot the include the actual fish fillet. When I took it back to the counter the manager took the tray to the back and never said a word. I waited another five minutes and finally told the cashier I wanted a refund. The same "manager" came by and asked what was going on. I told her I had to get back to work and couldn't wait any longer. Her only response was "oh, ok". Zero cares given. After my experience and reading the other reviews, this place obviously does not care about their customers. Find a different McD's if you want to overpay for bad food.

She kept yelling to her staff to not let cars in the drive thru hit the 4 minute wait mark and to have them park in the waiting areas. In all it took over 15 minutes to get my order. And to boot they forgot to put fries in my bag. Went back in for my missing fries and they did not fill the fry container the way they should have. Not pleased at all.

My Issue with the employee ( wrost thing is I think she was a manager also ) she didnt like the fact that I asked to change my small drink to a large she rolled her eyes and with a tough agresive voice said she was going to charge me extra I said its ok she than proceeded to point out I would have to go around to pay for it when I had already waited more than 30 min to get my meal she wanted me to go around again to pay for the upgrade I told her I wasn’t going to do that cause it wasn’t my fault I asked on the speaker I wanted to upgrade ; she said well this comes with the meal either you want it or not ?! I was willing to pay extra cause I always do anyway and I always order it large in advance so this extra charge isn’t new for me , she didn’t want to do her job and charge me so she refuse to charge me so she wanted me to take what it was made and not what I had order I couldn’t bare to eat the food after her giving me anxiety With her attitude and aggressive voice , she than proceeded to tell me that she could refuse to sell me I said never mind than give me my refund cause I didnt like the tone and attitude,she was starting to give me anxiety I never disrespected her or reaised my voice once for her to treat me like I wasn’t an adult ,employees like her shouldn’t work around people she doesn’t know how to treat paying customers she was plain rude...

Where do i Begin, Coming to this Location is a gamble.

speed of service - 2/5

some days they are fast, some days are really slow. don't come here if you are strapped for time(i.e break or lunch) because you are seriously rolling the dice. even if you do mobile orders there is no guarantee

customer service - 3/5

I get that its mcdonalds and alot of people probably dont like their job, but bringing those vibes to work isn't going to make your situation any better. I do like the woman with the cool hair, its like a shaved hawk style she is really cool! everyone else is easily forgotten because of how robotic they appear or their negative Attitude. Honestly, Cool Mohawk girl is carrying all of them. I wish i can give her more praise.
