Friday 5-15-20 6:15p Goshen/Akers Order # 816 Two. Larges and a cauliflower
30 minutes after we ordered, we walked into the restaurant (my wife, Lisa Quintana and I). One other customer was being waited on. We sat on the bench and waited. Two other girls came in and ordered. A third lady came in. Meanwhile, we were never greeted, said hello nothing! Then the girl behind counter said, the line is over there! So my wife got up and got in the line! This is where customer service went horribly wrong. The ”we’re to busy to be nice attitude” started! I was puzzled why we waited in a line since we ordered and paid for our pizzas online. Ok, I decided I wanted ranch so maybe that’s why??? Normally we get our pizza handed to us and asked would you like ranch and purchase it. That’s normally how it's done! Not this night! My wife had to ask if she could purchase some ranch and paid cash for it. She was handed her ranch and told to wait for her pizzas. We sat and waited and watched customers come and go. After 30 mins I asked a male person behind the counter about our order (order #816) and he checked on it and said, its being prepared and then to the oven. Odd that our order was just now going in, no not because it was busy. What I observed was over 10 employees, in the prep and oven area. I watched these employees in the making of these pizzas and sloppy disarray of the prepping and putting the pizza into the oven was horrifying. They took the pizza from the prep area to the oven was just wrong, like they were throwing the pizzas in the oven. So to end this bad experience my pizzas weren't handed to me like the other customers, mine were thrown onto the far counter, yes, thrown I said. So I walked around the counter and open each box, I opened the cauliflower pizza first, just what I thought, the toppings slid over to one side and the pepperoni was burnt on the sides hardly any sauce or cheese on it and the same went for the other pizza. Sad. Unfortunately I didn't take pictures, my mistake. But I knew that if I went to say something I wouldn't have had pizza until 8:00 at night. We did eat the pizzas and the cauliflower pizza was tasty and the other were edible. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed in Me&Eds. I may eventually get over it and go back, but not to...
Read moreWish I could have given negative stars review! Came in around 2pm on a Saturday, no greeting as we come in the door, every table in the place is dirty there's one family here besides me and my fiance, nothing going on in the kitchen, trash all over the floors, customer service was okay I guess. 40 dollars for a salad, a pitcher, and wings and this is the disgusting experience we get! I don't even wanna talk about the bathrooms! I work as a manager in customer service in the food industry as well and if my store looked this way I would be livid! This stores whole staff need some serious training on cleanliness!
Update: the salad bar was trash as well, the broccoli and tomatoes were frozen in the plastic container, the croutins and sunflower seeds were both stale, the kitchen was such a mess, nobody was really doing anything but still couldn't sweep the floor at least. This place charges way too much for the quality we the customer receive in return. Paper and plastic everything even for a dine in? Limiting the dressing someone puts on their salad? This establishment really needs...
Read moreI am disappointed at Me n Ed’s, worse service I have ever had with them. I went to the one on Goshen. Took 10 minutes to acknowledge me then I ordered and the cost was crazy. So I sat down 30 minutes later I ask the guy if he could check on my order “ he says it’s in the oven, I’m on 812”, I was 810. He was very rude when he brought me my food, he put it on the table said “have a nice day”, sarcastically, and walked away. I asked for ranch dressing was ignored. Went up to get one, the first girl said “go to the front he’ll get it for you”. I went then he said “ what do you want”, not how can I help you, I asked for ranch, he walked away. He then told another girl to help me. I asked her and she proceeded to charge me. I said “are you serious” , she said “yes, it’s only .99 cents”. It wasn’t the cost it was the rudeness of them all from beginning to end. I WILL NOT BE BACK. Not worth the money I paid for them to be rude. The calzone, was poorly made as well and my stomach hurts right now....
