Great prices for great food that is cooked to order. Canāt ask for more from a quick and easy Chinese food place. Several vegetarian options. The service was very fast and friendly. The indoor seating is meant for quickly eating and leaving and this feels like mostly a takeout place, but I appreciated the option to eat there if youāre starving and want food now, haha.
We ordered: Orange Tofu ($11.95) ā¤ļø Vegetable Fried Rice ($8.95) šš¼ Szechwan String Bean ($11.95) šš¼
Iād highly recommend the Orange Tofuāa great vegetarian option and the orange sauce was really nice. The tofu was nice and crispy, which I really appreciate. I was also able to customize the spice level of the orange sauce to a 2 or 3 (mild) out of 10, which was perfect for meājust enough to give some flavor, but not too spicy for me to handle.
The Szechwan String Beans were great. A good amount of garlic. Perhaps a bit oily, but still very good.
The Vegetable Fried Rice was unremarkable flavor wise, but a solid staple. The veggies, particularly the broccoli, tasted nice and fresh and crisp and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI frequent the reptile shop next door and honestly couldn't tell you what else was in this shopping center. today I noticed a sign on the window of this place saying jalapeƱo chicken special which jumped out at me. I stopped and looked at the outdoor menu and the food looked good. I could see the people working inside smiling at me and that was enough to get me in. I asked the guy if I could do the jalapeƱo chicken as a lunch special because it wasn't listed. He was more than happy to accommodate. I picked from fried or white rice and was asked if I wanted egg rolls or soup. I told him to surprise me. I waited outside for my order and the guy even brought it out to me when it was ready. I took my order home and noticed how nicely they packaged the bag, even wrapping up the soup in case it spilled. Then I noticed the singular egg roll. He gave me one to try alongside the soup šš„° the food was delicious and the portions were plenty to eat again tomorrow. As my first impression.. I will definitely be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOh man this is the BEST Chinese food Iāve found in California!!! At first I was a bit taken aback by the price - we ordered orange chicken with a $2 up charge for fried rice, and Mongolian beef with a $2 up charge for chow mein and our total was around $32. IT WAS SO WORTH IT!! My husband handed me the bag of food and I quite literally nearly dropped it .. it was SO heavy because there was SO MUCH FOOD. we realized that next time we only need to order 1 meat haha we still have most of the food leftover! The Mongolian beef and the fried rice were our favorites. The orange chicken was good (Iām never really the biggest fan of orange chicken though), but this was pretty great! I thought it would be around the level of Panda Express, but it was SIGNIFICANTLY better, you could tell that they had actually cooked the food! Oh and itās run by the sweetest family!! Overall,...
