i GIVE THEM A ZERO STAR, TOO BAD I WAS FORCED TO GIVE A 1 STAR OTHERWISE MY REVIEW WOULDN'T POST. i have had the worst customer service since they opened this location. i always get my breakfast sandwich or steak and egg burrito from here giving them chance after chance so they can teach and train their illiterate employees. I made it clear to them numerous times that i do Not want bacon or any pork products in my food, they keep switching steak or no meat for sausage or bacon 6 out of ten times. i had to drive back all the way to correct my order numerous times and even then they get it wrong. they tried to blame me for ordering wrong every time. I had to drive back and get the receipt to show the manager to prove that they are wrong. once she realized the truth she made a big argument in front of all the customers and instead of teaching the kitchen how to read the orders correctly, she said to me not to come back to this location anymore. The employees in the kitchen were laughing among themselves thinking i wont hear them about my religion and something about religion and the name Mohammad. I am usually alone when I dine here. This location for JIB is probably the best one in North County because it is the newest one having been open only a few years ago. All of the seating has convienent charging outlets and USB charging ports for your portable devices. The downside to this is that occasionally you will have those that don't have power at their homes camped out for a while to charge their phones or a group of obnoxious teens hanging out making too much noise. The food is consistent with other JIB locations so you know what to expect. There are several good values on the menu, and once a month a sheet full of JIB coupons arrives in your mailbox tucked inside the grocery ads so you can stretch your dining dollar if need be.
