Aztec Brewing Company — Restaurant in Vista

We went to see the Band Hangman play over the weekend and wasn't sure what to expect but what a great venue and really good beer. They have a great variety of beers. I am not a big IPA fan but our friends really liked their IPAs and thought they were some of the best they've had so far. My favorite was the Coffee Blonde, with a hint of coffee and not heavy it was very tasty. I also tried the Macaroon which is nut brown ale with coconut and vanilla. I usually go for the darker beers and I love coconut so this was a match made in heaven for me. They have a nice sized stage and the sound is amazing. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Great place to hangout and grab a beer. Therr was food truck there Saturday with some tasty grub. Aztec Brewing has different events (like open mic night on Thursdays) and various bands. Such a very cool place. Came here to meet some friends from Temecula, and was pleasantly surprised by how much fun I had! Hidden in an industrial park this place was POPPIN!

Open Mic night is such a blast. It is great to see so many different talented people have the courage to perform in an open setting like this.

The venue is small but cozy. The beer is flowing and tasty. They have that little taqueritta stand that is cooking up some delicious bites.

I really recommend if you are in the area to check this place out. I had the opportunity to see a 12 year old kid shred on the guitar for the first time in front of a crowd, so that alone was pretty cool.

Brew pub with great beers to choose from, very friendly staff with the owner joint in as well. We went on a monday, open mike night for the stage, with rotating artists performing mostly classic rock n roll tunes. Very talented crowd of musicians from amateur to semi/ professional. Most of the guys on the stage came to play and have fun as well. Very homey brew pub with pretty much an all regular crowd in attendance.
