Food was not that good at this location plus their manager ana was very rude for no reason. all I had said is that its weird that they ran my card as credit and that I had to sign for it because I have never had to sign before when using a debit card at a Carl's Jr. The manager tried to tell me that I was wrong and she had started to actually yell saying no your wrong you have to sign at every Carl's Jr weather you use debit or credit cause it gets processed as credit. I told her that her location was the first one I have heard of doing this. The location over by my house never asks me to sign the one I go to in Poway has never asked me to sign. And various other locations have never done this. This was the first one mean while she keeps yelling saying that I am wrong and that I do not know what I am talking about. I feel bad for all the other employees that have to work for that manager. I am sure that she is the reason as to why we sat in the drive through for more than 20min and we only had 1 car Infront of us. Like I could have gone to a restaurant for that long and got an actual meal. Read moreCouldn't leave ZERO stars. Yes I understand what the entire world is going thru and I have worked in customer service and in the restaurant industry my entire life, so I get it! I went thru the drive thru, when I paid, she kept telling my card was somehow declined but kept trying and it finally went thru. Then when I was waiting for my food, she kept getting my order wrong and not giving me my entire order so I had to keep asking for the food I ordered. I was still waiting and she gave me a look like I was in HER way, I kindly asked for my onion rings in which she grabbed then attempted to throw into my car, which then missed. She then told me that I was at 11 minutes and if I needed anything I had to go back around! As embarrassed as I was, I drove around attempting to go inside and speak to a manager. Note to Carls Jr - STOP IT WITH THE AI CRAP. That was such a joke, after fighting with the stupid AI system in the drive-through for 10 minutes, the employee finally got on and started the whole order over because AI doesn’t know anything and kept messing everything up. It was extremely frustrating after an already long day traveling, like I said, the employee was great, but had a hard time hearing us, and the order was not fulfilled correctly, so I had to go inside and get some things fixed.
