Sky sushi — Restaurant in Vista

Sky Sushi has amazing food! The sushi rolls were aesthetically pleasing and delicious. We also enjoyed the garlic edamame, tonkotsu ramen and miso ramen. My wife ordered the Korean bulgogi bento box, which comes with miso soup, salad with ginger dressing and 2 pick choices, ultimately picking mixed tempura and California rolls. The bulgogi is a sweet marinated savory ribeye, slicely thin and pan fried or broiled, cooked with sauteed savory onions and sliced carrots. The meat was tender and very flavorful. For dessert, we indulged in the macaron cookie ice cream. They have several different flavors of macaron cookies and ice cream. They also serve delicious Thai iced tea or alcoholic beverages. The restaurant was decorated well and was very clean. The service was very personable and our waitress checked on us several times. I’ve never written a review on google but this place deserves a positive review so here i am a first timer on google reviews! It’s probably one of the best sushi places I’ve eaten sushi in my entire life if you don’t believe me try it for your self. I’m really really impressed with the taste and quality of sushi i ate here! The price is as absolutely unbelievable cheap for the quality the give you. For the first time in many years if not ever i felt my meal was double worth of the price i paid meaning they definitely make sushi that cost absolutely more money. I hope this business makes every single dime back cause they definitely deserve it! We need business like this specially now a day price is beyond fair quality is unbelievable good and the stuff was so sweet respectful and kind not to mention very professional! This was my go to spot for lunch whenever I craved sushi, I would mostly get their salmon bowl or bento box but I don't think I will be returning. I may be wrong but when I order ahead online, it seems like they make and package the order way before the desired pick up time, the reason I say this is because when I get my food it seems like it's been sitting out for a while (I order ahead based on my appointments that given day) one day I scheduled an order an hour before and when I got there she made a comment about me being late which made me wonder if they had my food sitting for that whole hour. The situation that ultimately made me not want to go back is I was going in for my usual lunch pick up and asked for sriracha sauce, she told me I had to pay an extra fee, other times that wasn't the case. This is a bit ridiculous to me given that they don't charge dine in guest an extra fee to use condiments, why would I pay extra for something that is free to...
