Zappy Pizza — Restaurant in Vista

Very DISRESPECTFUL employees. Messed up my order, then I called them back to fix it. Employee just laughed and hung up. When I went personally to the store, they tried saying that I messed up my order for not checking it before I left. About 3 weeks after, which is today, I ordered a pizza. My wife went to pick it up. One of the employees had the guts to ask my wife in front of my other customers to check if the order was correct, because they didnt want me to go back and complain to them. Obviously they took this personal. I didnt get mad that they messed up my order, I got mad because the DISRESPECT that they show their CUSTOMERS. Maybe you wouldnt get yelled at if you did their job right, learned how to treat customers, and fix the problem. I also asked for a managers name, they said that "THEY DIDNT HAVE TO". I've worked in customer service before, and this is definitely NOT the way you treat customers. They should really look into who they hire. If they dont like dealing with people, maybe Zappys isn't the place for them. I would like to speak to a Higher Up...

I stopped by one whim while on the hunt for cheap and moderately okay food. We are in the process of moving so it needed to be cheap, quick, and no clean up. Did I mention there are 8 mouths to feed?! We got a 14’ pepperoni, cheese, 1/2 supreme and 1/2 pizzas, 2 2 litters of soda, and 10 wings for under $55! Hello! Less than $7 per person is a steal. The service was great! The young girl at the register was so sweet but, don’t get it twisted, she knows her stuff and is sharp as a whip! The wait time was not bad even with them being busy! The store front was crowded but clean. Now to the taste: It was pretty good! Listen, it isn’t your grandparents secret recipe pizza or your local gourmet chef but, what it is is good (some may say delicious) pizza and wings at a phenomenal price! The only drawback is that i found it after we are already moving too far away for this one information. Hopefully it can be assistance to all of you!...

These "good" reviews must be faked or paid because my hawaiian pizza was disgustingly terrible. A few small chunks of hard, flavorless pineapple and a disappointing amount of very thin and small pieces of ham. The pizza was cooked thoroughly, however the dough had no flavor. The pizza sauce was very bland and almost dry, it needed more sauce. Overall the pizza left me with much more to be desired. I only ate 2 slices before throwing the rest away. A complete disgrace to all inexpensive pizzas everywhere.
