Ordered a pizza @11pm. The pizza never came. I called the store @ 12:09am spoke with a Jeanne who said she was the manager from the Bosque location who had said the driver had left withmy order @ 11:15pm. At this time it was @ 12:15am and I replied aw so she left at 11:15pm and it's now 12:15, it takes an hour. There was silence then I got an excuse about her being from the Bosque location and that she didn't have the drivers number to call and see where she was, and that she was busy. I was ok and hung up and wanted a while longer. I called back @ 12:35am as the store is about to close, and I was then informed that the driver had stated that she rung my doorbell and knocked when she actually didn't as I was up waiting on out food. Come to find out my food had just been left outside!! There were no instructions for my food to be left outside. Jeanne then again stated that I asked my driver, and she said she rand the doorbell and knocked. And I stated that's clearly a lie as I am up and I had called prior about my order. There was silence, I said "Hello" and Jeanne was like yes I'm here what are you wanting? I then stated that I wanted to make a complaint and asked for a refund. Jeanne then offered to make the pizzas fresh and initally said that I'd have to come pick up the fresh pizzas and bring the old ones back. I then stated again that at this point I just wanted a refund. Jeanne then said I am from the Bosque location, and I replied, ok. But you're A manager, you should know how to resolve an issue regardless of what location you come from. Jeanne then asked what do you want, I told you we can get you some fresh pizzas made, and we'll just bring them back out and to send the old pizzas back. At that time it was 10mins to closing, I asked how long was it fone take and Jeanne said about 15mins. They never came. Nor did they refund me. Because of this my family did not eat tonight. I frequent Dominoâs and have never experienced such poor service. I mostly like will not be returning! Jeanne did not fix the issue only gave excuses. They lied, they never brought the replacement order(because the same driver would have had to come back and she know she lied about the 1st Order.) My issue did not get resolved we stayed up waiting on food...
   Read moreOrdered pizza for delivery. Was given an approximate delivery time and pizza never showed up. Checked app and pizza was in quality control for 20 minutes. When the pizza finally arrived 30 minutes late, it was cold and soggy. Called and was told they would credit my card. Called 2 straight because no credit appeared and was told a credit would happen and if not, call 800 number. Called 800 number and they wanted to charge my card a $4 handling fee for some rewards program. Called the store again and got a temporary manager that couldn't help... ended up canceling the charge directly with my bank.. horrible...
   Read moreOrdered a medium pizza at 5:13. 22-32 min estimate. Went to drive thru window at 25 minutes - wasnât even in the oven yet. Parked around front. At 33 minutes, still didnât have pizza and app showed not in oven yet. At 40 minutes, it showed âdoneâ. Was still waiting in my car for my food. 5 minutes later I was tired of waiting and walked inside. It was donât. No apology for not bringing it out (there were multiple people in there) but this was the second time since new ownership sign went up that âsorry, weâre behind, we only have one person making pizzas.
