First time here. Ordered torta and to my amazement after receiving my order and going to the car to eat it-it was already cold! The one minute to from counter to seated in my car, the food should not have gotten cold....
Cons: I guess a $6 torta needs to be an $8 torta, $2 for additional meat, to get the regular amount of meat you would get at other places. At first I tasted the meat by itself and it tasted rather bland. I sauced up my torta and towards a few bites in I started to get flavor so perhaps it just wasn't evenly seasoned. My two cents: maybe next time put a "boat" towards the end of the grill to make the tomato less cold and cut thinner slices

Read moreSo I'm not gonna lie, at first I really didn't like this place...the tacos are small and as far as I know they only serve one type of salsa. But, the last couple of times have been really good though!! The meats are so delicious and the sauce is really good. They have the largest selection of meats I've seen for a taco truck in Waco. The prices are really good as well. And they accept Debit card! Which is a huge plus. If you're looking for a good taco place I suggest this place. The Tacos Al Pastor and Asada are bomb. And don't get me started...
