I made the mistake of going to the inside lane of the drive through so I was stuck for 45 minutes before finally getting to the order station(Side note: During this time by the way I watched 8 people drive off from the outside lane. Figuring an average of $12 per order that's almost $100 lost in less than a hour). Once I passed the order station I made the mistake of not driving off at that time because it was another almost 30 minutes before getting my order at the final window from the time I paid. I get to the window they ask of my order, I tell them what I ordered, they hand it to me, and then tell me my iced coffee is on the way. Another 10 minutes go by and I see nobody even near the window. I finally wave somebody down and ask what is taking so long for an ice coffee and that my food they already gave me is getting cold. I then have to hear the guy explain they're doing the best they can and that they're understaffed. I get that but 10 minutes and they can't put together an iced coffee??? I finally drove off just leaving my iced coffee behind. All in all I was there almost an hour and 20 minutes and didn't even get all of my order. I genuinely hope the owner sees this review. I can't imagine how much money he's losing per hour due to the lack of efficacy generally speaking from the management and employees. Read moreWent to the McDonald's on Hewitt Drive and it was approximately 10:35 p.m. at night pulled up behind a young lady in the Drive-Thru that had been waiting for about maybe 5 or 10 minutes because when the lady did come on the intercom she said four cars had already went through. The lady never said she was sorry or anything. The lady total was $28.92. When the lady finish ordering she drove up, I was next in line I'm at the place where you take your order and the lady never came on the intercom. She answered four cars at the other side so then when I said excuse me the manager which was the lady that was taking the orders was very rude. I told her ma'am you've already answered four cars and you're just now getting to me and I been sitting here, she said that she did not hear my car. After that she said you don't have to order here I sat there for a second and I said you're correct I don't have to order here. She then said leave, I drove up to the drive-thru window beside the cars that was already in line at the window and asked her for her name she would not give me her name. She was the manager on duty had a brace on her hand and was very nasty and rude, slammed the window door at the drive-thru and I drove off. Read moreVery bad visit. Took about 20 minutes to get the food. Ordering was fine. Got to the first window to pay and I was charged for the wrong order. I had to wave down the employee at the window and gave her my card and receipt back then she dissapeared. About 3 minutes later I think the manager came and apologized. Gave me my card and the receipt back. He said he was not going to charge me for my order. My original was $10.82. They charged me $1.08. I feel sorry for the person who overpaid for my order. I asked the manager if he knew my order, he called it out to me. I pulled to the second window and the employee handed me a bag and thanked me. I order a value menu and a happy meal for my son. I told her I was missing the rest of the order. She looked at her screen and got frustrated. While she went to get the rest of the food she dropped the bag on the floor. The manager saw it picked it up and gave it to the employee and she took it away. He came to the second window to talk to me again. He said it fell on the floor and they were going to make my order over. He asked me to pull to the third window. 2 minutes later an employee came to the window and gave me the food.
