First time here. Arrived 1hr early, saw few trucks to left and right lanes, but center lane was opened. stopped at the sign, said to call the phone number before moving forward. called but no one answered. then saw a truck pulled up in the center lane and made to the gate. I followed the truck behind him. checked in at the guard shack, gave me check in paper then told me to park the truck close to dock 20 and go to shipping office. I did , got the door right away. back in with tandems back, Dolley down unhook the trailer and pull out few feet in the front. when the light turns green, hook up the trailer and pull out the dock. park front of dock 20, then go get your bill at shipping office. office personal was polite and was all done with in 2 hours. exit to left from the dock building and guard will seal for you. have clean trailer, even no one checked in, 1 strap or load bar required. scale at pilot 5 min away. easy in and out.

update: I had delivery to this place this time, thought I could get in early and checked in 4 hours earlier then my appointment time, but the guard turned me away, told me to come back hour before my appointment time. what a bummer, drove all nighter just to see if i could get unloaded and get it done then and trying to get my 34 reset on warm sunny Texas, where I hauled from north where it was...

Right outside the gate they offer 2 hour parking. They will load you early but you can't be no more than a hour early. The people here are cool. In the weekdays they usually get me loaded in a hour unless they're busy you have time to get a nap. I don't believe they offer overnight parking but there's a walmart right down the street and they're truck friendly. You can park there for a reset. Just take a left at the light and the walmart on the right. Inside the walmart is a subway. I think they're open from 7 to 10. Beside the Murphy's gas station there's a building strip that has an Italian bar and grill, a Jimmy John's, Great Clips barbershop, and a nail salon. So your girl can get her eyebrows slayed while you get your hair cut. I never been inside the nail salon so I don't know if they do good eyebrows or not. Therefore, if you get your eyebrows done and they're messed up, you can't say I told you to go there. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is because there's only one restroom and about half the time it's clean meaning the other half of the time I hold it until I can get to...

First and foremost, worry yourself not about the number the signs tell you to call; nobody will answer anyway. Pull up to the guard shack, hand over paperwork, and then you’ll be directed to check in beside door 20 (at a red door). Slide tandems back and disconnect from the truck—light work. There is ample room to back into a door and the place is easy to find. I noticed a Walmart down the street with about 5-7 trucks parked there so it’s probably a safe bet if you need to shut down. There’s also a Pilot nearby. The security guard wasn’t the friendliest but I’ve seen far worse, and the clerks in the shipping office are run of the mill. Good luck and be safe!
