UPDATE: We were finally able to get in contact with a very helpful lady that got us the rest of our order as well as a free drink. She was very kind and very professional. I would recommend ordering here during the day rather than after dinner hours. Changing my review from 1 start to 3.
Terrible customer service! I had 6 apple pies with my order and only received 3. They were switched with strawberry which isn't a big deal but the attitude we received when we tried to get this amended is a big deal. We tried going through the drive thru and the kid on the speaker gave us a click of his tongue and said "Oh my God" under his breath but his speaker was still on! Absolutely infuriating. So we ended up leaving and trying to call the store for a refund and the person on the other line could not hear a single word I was saying because it was so loud. It sounded like they were right next to the machines that make all the beeping noises or they were holding the phone right infont of it and just yelling "what?" After everything I was trying to say. After yelling on the phone so they could hear me about how I would like a refund on the food I did not receive they tell me "Ok" and hang us without asking or getting my order information. Ā Ā Ā Read more5 dayds ago my order was not filled correctly. Upon returning home I noticed I was missing an item. Promptly, I called the restaurant. The manager said that thry would provide me with the item on my next visit.
Tonight, i returned to the restaurant and spoke with `John T" and i explained the situation. He refused to correct the situation because I did not have the receipt from the previous order. I asked him if he was going to correct the situation or not and he declined and said "im not here to give out free food!"
I picked up my phone after noticing the toll free number to call for comments and questions. He ibviously knew i was calling the number and said " its not going to do you any good calling them because YOU are wrong and i am right!"
As I was leaving I heard a guy say hurry get his license plate number. Looking through my rear view mirror i could see John T snapping a picture of my car.
All of this direct harassment and complete disrespect and threatening behavior... unacceptable.
And fyi when i got home i noticed my order was incorrect. I called the restaurant to ask why i was give no receipt and of course John T said he could not give me a receipt due to the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI decided to stop by here an hour before my class at MCC. Bad idea. Besides me there was only other person in the whole parking lot. Roughly 3 of the employees were talking to that car which was blocking the path of exiting the drive through. When i went to order it took them 10 minutes to finally answer. The same thing happened when I pulled through the first window to pay. When I went to get my food it took a very long time despite it being a very simple order. The lady also almost forgot to make my drink. By the time I got my food I had almost 15 minutes to get to class. Iāve worked at McDonaldās and other restaurants before so I understand sometimes things can get crazy. However, fast food chains always have to produce their food as quickly as possible. Also including me there was only one other car in the whole parking lot. I donāt understand why it took so long and why a lot of the employees figured talking to a friend was more important than helping their restaurant serve a customer! Never coming...
