We ordered a double pepperoni rusticito pizza for takeout. Thirty minutes later, I pick up pizza. It was supposed to be to be 10 slices but looked like 7 pieces and it was football shaped … not round as pictured in the Antonio’s pizzeria ad. The crust was much thinner than I imagined too. The clerk offered to make a regular pizza but I did not want to wait another 30 minutes and wanted to give this pizza a chance. Took it home. Husband said it tasted like cardboard after one bite and would not eat anymore. “Crust is frozen” and not homemade. I called the pizzeria and they confirmed that crust was premade and frozen. Very little cheese and sauce, he said. Uneatable. I was very hungry and ate 2 pieces. It was terrible but after spending $16.99 thought I should at least eat some of it. I called the store to complain about the rustic pizza. They are sending my complaint to “corporate.” I am deeply disappointed…. I would have returned “eight pieces “ to the store and asked for my money back. Clerk/manager said they would just toss the returned pizza and did not say if they would...
Read moreVery rude staff especially the male manager at wadsworth! Horrible service and they wouldn't refund OR REMAKE for undercooked food and rock hard sub rolls. You as the customer have to go through their corporate office wait and then you MIGHT get a gift card!! ARE YOU KIDDING??? It's their company policy?? NOPE! This was a huge order for a party and NOTHING but the cheese bread was even able to be eaten BUT they forgot the sauces that were ordered and NEEDED for it! The pizza dough was barely cooked and mostly raw!! We were basically accused of lying by the manager who said he "personally cooked the pizza and it was definitely not raw". Food was not only inedible but dangerous, raw dough can make you very sick. Long time customers for years!! Never again. NO WAY!! Eat anywhere else.🙅♀️
*ALSO they wont honor their own coupons!! Just so you know a double topping of the same topping isint a 2 topping pizza 🤦🏻♀️🤔🤔 EVEN THOUGH they charge for it like they...
Read moreAntonio’s Pizza in Wadsworth, Ohio has captured my heart with their incredible pizza. With each bite, I am reminded of the delicious flavors from Luigi’s in Akron and Gionnino’s, making Antonio’s feel like a perfect blend of the two. The dough at Antonio’s is a true standout, reminiscent of the exceptional quality found at Luigi’s. As someone who appreciates pizza from all corners of the globe, I wholeheartedly recommend giving Antonio’s pizza a try. It’s so good that I find myself wishing I could indulge in it every single day. The customer service experience over the phone has always been pleasant, with a polite and friendly young lady taking my orders. While I haven’t visited their establishment in person, the attention to detail even in their pizza boxes speaks volumes about the quality they uphold. If you’re craving a satisfying meal, I urge you to order a pizza from Antonio’s - you won’t be...
