Had to hit up Walmart in Boutte and saw that Boot T’s was open. Last time I had come through here (my buddy has a place nearby but I am only there every so often), this was not a business so I figured why not check them out?

There was a menu item that caught my eye immediately, the surf n turf po boy. This had roast beef with the gravy like they serve up debris in most Nola area spots, and then fried shrimp. I got mine dressed up as I always do. While I loved the beef and I loved the shrimp, I’m not sure I loved them together. Just felt like too much going on at once. I do believe though that had I gotten either a fried shrimp po boy or a roast beef po boy that I’d have absolutely loved either of those.

Tried a sip of my friend Val’s frozen beverage which was also delicious. The server/bartender we had was very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant itself was cozy and (albeit a bit plain) a nice space. I’d like to see what it’s like when they’re jamming in there, but we went on a mid week afternoon so it was only a few tables.

Would absolutely go back - it definitely...

Breaking Free of the Chains at Boot T’s Seafood ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’m Isaiah, and on October 6th, I celebrated 41 days sober from booze by breaking my OMAD fast at Boot T’s Seafood—a perfect early Boudin & Fries Day. The meal was everything I hoped for: Boudin Egg Rolls, Debris Fries, White Beans and Rice with Fried Fish, and my dad’s Red Beans and Shrimp. Every bite was packed with authentic Cajun flavor and heart.

But the real highlight? Mrs. Vanessa and her amazing crew. Their warmth, attentiveness, and energy made the meal feel personal and celebratory, turning a simple dinner into a milestone experience.

Boot T’s isn’t just about incredible food—it’s about celebrating life, progress, and the joy of breaking free. If you want authentic Louisiana flavors and hospitality that makes every meal unforgettable, this is the...

I order from Boot T's often. The food is usually good, however I could not have been more disappointed with my order today. Whoever was frying today needs to be properly trained. We ordered the seafood combo. It was so over fried it was it ridiculous. The oysters were so bad that there was no oyster left. It was just a burnt crisp. The shrimp and fish were also way over fried. The fried chicken in my wrap was also burnt. I hate to leave a bad review like this, but my wife and I spent 45 dollars for lunch today, and were extremely disappointed. i should have taken pictures, but we threw everything away. Please train your staff to be consistent in their food preparation. I will order or dine in again, but another experience like this might...

On our trip along the Gulf Coast from Ft. Walton Beach, FL. To Corpus Christi, TX. We decided we had to check out Boot Ts in Boutte, LA. What a gem! Everyone was so nice. A perfect local vibe. The daiquiri menu is insane. As always, I went traditional with a pina colada while Sharon went for the white Russian and both were fantastic. We both had the special, shrimp creole, green beans and potato salad. I think everyone in the restaurant ordered the creole. I have to believe that everything on the menu is as good as the daiquiris, creole and green beans. Oh yeah, Sharon loved the potato salad. Unfortunately, I don't eat mayo.
