TL;DR My order(delivery) was made wrong(mistakes happen) and I was unable to contact the store directly to get a replacement, until I drove down there, but management actually took good care of me from the trouble.

After ordering and waiting for a delivery, I was given the wrong pizza and left short the extra sauce I ordered, and when I tried to call in to complain, the automated system hung up on me every time it tried to connect me to the store directly, so I waited on hold for the "place a new order" option to talk to a living person, and was informed that they were not on-site at the location, so they put me on hold, only to inform me that they too were unable to contact the store directly. So I drove down to the location in order to get my situation resolved in a swift and simple manner. The manager had no idea the phones were down, a driver came back and had the same complaint of not being able to reach the store directly. The manager said the call center functions came with recent changes in ownership, and there have been several complaints/problems since. I ordered the shaq pizza, the ad stated it came with extra cheese and extra pepperoni, it did have extra pepperoni but only on a few slices and no extra cheese, there were areas of pizza that had no cheese. The delivery was a little faster then normal, This makes sense, because the pizza was a touch undercooked as I suspected. I was a manager at a well known pizza place and I am very familiar with how pizzas are made, cook time, etc. Ive witnessed first hand delivery drivers pulling pizzas out of the oven early to adjust the delivery timing with other deliveries that are known to tip well. The most important thing to me was, although I opted out for the no contact delivery because I was paying cash, the driver did not wear a mask, considering our country is in the thick of this highly contagious virus. It was irresponsible, disrespectful and absurd for the driver to blatantly disregard safety, especially as a individual who delivers food...
