Wingstop — Restaurant in Walker

I live near this location and was elated to get one over here. When they first opened, the food was as consistent as the other locations both up north and down south. Now, it is HORRIBLE and young lady taking orders has the WORST attitude. I would say she might have just been having a bad day on today's visit, but nope....It seems to be the only consistent thing about this location.

During my visit today, I walked in with a birthday coupon and she told me she couldn't take it, and that was fine. She then got mad when I asked for instructions on how I could properly use it. Then, once in my car I realize it had to be used online, so I placed my order there and waited. When I walked back in and stood at the pickup window, she rolled her eyes and proceeded to check her phone?! This was while I could see my order sitting there for pickup. It took me having to interrupt her scrolling to get my food. Wild.

The food smells like old grease, the fry portion is laughable and the sauce is literally just tinted oil. Insane how drastically different the quality is from just a couple months ago.

I highly recommend, not based on my review but all of the reviews listed here that the staff be trained on etiquette and Wingstops corporate food standards, because at this point the "hood chicken spot" is outshining what is supposed to be elevated take out.

If it is your birthday, don't pick this location for your splurge meal...

Superbowl Sunday and this restaurant was pathetic. Obviously had zero pre-planning ahead other than scheduling a bunch of people to stand on top of each other. They were skipping orders cherry picking easier ones Arrived and was told my order was being prepared. 30 minutes later I checked and it hadn't even been started. So then I waited another 25 minutes. About the most abysmal customer service around tell you one thing then contradict themselves. The literal only shining light is the manager but it was so chaotic she couldn't be everywhere at once to keep them in line. 55 minutes when I watched 24 orders get prepared and just on the self getting cold. When my order was finally finished there were still 14 orders just sitting there some for better than 30m.

Yet another Wingstop where the employees are either to stupid or too lazy to pour delivery drinks. Just slap the cup on the counter and tell you what flavor. Amazing how they just literally ignore food safety practices. I'll definitely be reporting this location to the proper department for...

We were super excited to finally try Wing Stop but that quickly changed. When we opened the door, the lady at the front was very disrespectful. We told her we wanted some boneless wings with two sauces, she then informed us that they were out of both of those sauces. We tried to switch our sauce choice to two different ones, but they were out of both of those too! We were baffled. We figured it out and said whatever. We got our cups and went to get unsweetened iced tea and raspberry tea and they were out of both. Tried to get lemonade and that was out too, shocker! Sat down at a table, it was filthy. Went to use the restroom and that was horrible (smelled like poop and garbage). Finally got our food and our fries were still cold in the middle. I asked for new ones and received them soon after. The wings were okay, definitely not anything special. The restaurant itself smelled similar to the bathroom at times which made us too nauseous to eat. All in all, do NOT...
