Dunkin' — Restaurant in Wallingford

This DD is constantly busy just like all the rest of them in the morning time. Drive-thru is always backed up with cars to the street, no matter what morning you go. Other times of the day are fine. Even with the line, the staff does a great job of getting you in and out and on with your day. The line might be long but it moves quickly. I have had a few rude staff here, but mostly only when I come in the afternoon or evening's, never in the morning. You say thanks and they don't even answer, just give you your change/ debit card and shut the window. Hence the 4 star review. Other than that this location is pretty decent and...

They are now charging an extra 50 cents in order to not have ice in a drink. Of all the nickel and diming petty moves that other dunkins are NOT doing, this is pretty low. The owner of this franchise should be ashamed of themselves. Get a regular drink from them, go home and take the ice out and look at what they are actually charging you 6 plus dollars for and you too will be mad. You are making plenty of profits off those drinks and charging extra to not actually alter the drink is unacceptable. Being told the total for the car behind you when you pull up to the window to pay for your order because someone paid for your order in an attempt to do a kind thing is a perversion of the kind gesture.

Very frustrated with this Dunkin today. My daughter went there to use her free coffee from the app. She is on a tight budget as she moved out pays a 700 dollar rent, is 17 and takes care of her 1 yr old son without state assistant or child support and this Dunkin makes her use her free coffee and then pay for someone else's food she didn't get. She went to use her free coffee mind you because she's short on rent....
