After trying several jewelers over the course of months, including the one who created our ring, we took it to Adrian Rose and it was repaired within a few hours.

Being that we’re new to the area, we’ve been running a variety of errands every day in anticipation of the purchase of our new home. Eyeing the empty spot in her finger, my fiancé searched up jewelers on a whim. We went to Adrian Rose after seeing that they were skilled at working with a variety of gemstones, as we had been refused many times before due to the center stone of her ring being alexandrite. We were unaware that this location is appointment only, but after a quick phone call (during which we were already at their front door) Jason welcomed us in and proceeded to look at the damaged ring. He advised us on our options, and we decided that we wanted to have the ring completely restored. While the original purchased price of the ring was relatively low, the sentimental value prevailed over the dollar amount the repair would cost - which was significantly less than what we had expected anyway. Jason quoted us 1-2 weeks to fix the ring, and we went on our way. Not two hours later, we got a call from Jason saying that the repair was complete; he had begun work on it immediately, citing that he did not like to keep couples without their engagement rings. We were ecstatic. The ring is immaculate, not that we had any doubts by this point. I would recommend Adrian Rose to any individual looking to purchase, design, or repair an engagement ring, and will no doubt be using their services...

I recently reached out to Jason and asked his thoughts on building a custom engagement ring for me, he was incredibly friendly and timely with his responses and reassured me he could handle the job, I sent him off some pictures of what I had in mind and a few changes I wanted done and he made it happen!

I couldn’t be more blown away with how beautiful his craftsmanship is, the attention to detail is flawless and the ring came out better then I could ever imagined! He even made a little video of the process that I was able to show my fiancé!

To add to the experience, at no one’s fault but my own, I sent Jason the entirely wrong ring size. Like way off. Instead of belittling me for my mistake he reassured me he could help fix the issue and helped me get the ring back out to him to be re-made and even reassured me he could get it back to me by thanksgiving to be able to show the family!

This guy spent his weekend opening up an entire store and rebuilding my engagement ring so I could have a great holiday with my fiancé.

This whole experience was more then a 10/10. If ratings allowed it I’d give them more then 5 stars! I couldn’t recommend working with these guys...

I first heard of Adrian Rose while going to the UPS Store (it is across the street and I saw the sign). I initially reached out to repair a few pieces I had and ended up also having Jason reset my my mom’s engagement diamond into a new ring. He absolutely exceeded my expectations with the ring. It is stunning and exactly what I wanted. Pricing is fair, the craftsmanship is exceptional and Jason is super easy to work with; very responsive and knowledgeable.
