Reventon — Restaurant in Wallington

Let me start off by saying if I can rate this place no stars I would but in order to give a review I had to at least choose one star. Today there was an incident where there was a hair in my Child’s food, when the incident was brought to the attention of the staff my child was told that “they’ve never had that happen before” which I can’t understand why that would matter if there is a hair in someone’s food!! The staff then proceeded to say they can only give back half the money of $10.65 (they gave back $5 in cash the money wasn’t even refunded back to my child’s card and it wasn’t a full 50% refund back) I then called to try to get the issue resolved but received nothing but unprofessionalism and sarcasm from the lady on the phone which was very disappointing. The lady wouldn’t even put a manager on the phone and proceeded to tell me that they had the same incident happen before with the same customer which was a total and complete lie because my child along with many of the children in town always go there on their lunch break for years already (that would have been a complaint against her long ago wouldn’t you say) anyways I was told by the lady multiple times “it’s fine and ok” to whatever I would say along with speaking over me which I am very disappointed by therefore I will be taking other proper measures to get this issue resolved in the proper way!! They’ve lost valuable costumers in the town which I'm sure they would never care about but it is very disappointing the actions taken (rather lack there of) were so unprofessional!! Shame on you for the extremely poor customer service and taking advantage...

Overall the place has a lot of potential but they really need to improve on their customer service. My wife and I went there to have a nice dinner and we saw they had a lot of space inside for dinning in (about 6 tables that seat 4ppl on each comfortably) very nicely decorated(rustic look). They have parking on the back of the restaurant but we went to park and there was no space for us because it already was pack with 2 cars.(better snow removal of the parking lot needed) There is parking on the side street of the restaurant but make sure to check the street signs as it maybe be limited time parking. Now to the food part of the night...we sat down and ordered two separate items from their menu. The lady took our order but didnt write it down. The drinks came out and we were having a nice time until the food came out and they brought the wrong order for my wife. We told the lady that took the order if she could please correct this and she took the food with her and then came back with the same food saying that it couldn't be changed. We then decided that we still wanted what my wife had originally ordered and told the lady to please place the order again and now I have my order but my wife has something infront of her that she can't eat because it not what she ordered. Time passes and her original order comes out. In the end we still had to pay for the extra order that we didnt order and we really tired to make the best of the situation. We still left the 15%tip as we didn't know if it was the kitchen's mistake or management's and didn't want to punish the waitress. But overall I believe that service...

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. First, my order that was expected 31-40 mins took a little over an hour. When I got home I checked my order and I missing the churrasco from my order. The host who answered was adamant that the cook had given me 2 slices of churrasco. I even offered to share a photo with the. and the host wanted to place the cook on the line. Never in my life have I delt with such poor customer service where the cook also has to administer a customers call and still refuse to admit their mistake. Despite my willingness to share a photo they still refused to admit that they messed up. I felt as if they were insulting my intelligence and honesty I got fluster and stated I would never return here again. Honestly, I should have known better after reading Reventon’s comment back to Carmen I should have known the poor quality of personal that was leading this restaurant. With such short period of this restaurant being open I would expect them to be motivated in ensuring their customers return vs running them off especially when they are located in an area where they can have a high volume of locals coming to them.

My recommendation, don’t bother commenting back because it’s too late to fix your mistake and I will ensure you that I voice the poor quality of service and tough over cooked chuleta I received to the locals around me. Just an FYI if you would have been more willing to help me I would have given you a second chance despite the ridiculous wait time and over...
