I usually do not like to leave a review unless the service was really good or really poor. In this case it is the latter as I arrived there with 7 people waiting on the side and I was sure if they had ordered. But after asking someone they all confirmed they ordered and so I went off to place my order which was not a problem. After 20-25 min later everyone had left with their food and a new batch of 7-8 people arrived and order. At this point I was extremely upset as this is suppose to be fast food. I went to cashier and ask if my food was ready and provided my number. The person informed me that he is going to make it right now. At that point I had enough and requested a refund. At the end I had no food and wasted about a half an hour of my time.

Avoid this location at all cost. Horrible slow service and employees that frankly do not care about your time. Would give it a -5 star if I...

Little dude ate a combo bowl. Loves the Original Beef and Orange Chicken with white rice and veggies. You add 3 ginger packets and you got a meal. He beat his older brother and sisters at eating his meats and veggies. Food can be pricey on it own but coupons almost cut the price in half.

Came in early and they had a small line that was taking longer than usual. Manager was going over what seemed like promotion paperwork with a current employee in the back dinning lobby. That caused a slow down and Marco and the cook were able to deal with the line as quickly as possible. Marco provided excellent customer service for the extended wait.

1. Informed me after placing my order that they were out white rice (on a Thursday night at 6pm?) and asked if I would take brown rice which I was okay with (I actually prefer it, but didn't know it was an option). Got my plate and got...white rice. 🤷🏽

2. For my combo bowl I ordered their hot gydon beef and habenero chicken thinking they'd be spicy. Sadly I was disappointed with both proteins. The beef was actually bland with almost no spice, hot or otherwise.

3. The music was too loud. I get that they are next to some colleges and I'm 51, but the mix was atrocious. (think 90's & aughts 3rd rate R&B and dance music). If your going to make it loud, at least make it good.
