I've been here before to have a coffee and the staff is okay, if you don't know what you want right away you can tell that the employees get a little antsy and can act like douches if you make them wait more than 5 Seconds of you looking at what you might want. And then I wanted to get a coffee before I headed off home around 9 at night The hours on Google said that they were open until 10 so I thought "Perfect! I'll get a quick coffee for the long ride home!"
I park my car and walk up to the front door, but before I could even make it some c**t sticks her head out the window and says that they're closed. I obliged and head back to my car disappointed. And then I got skeptical and decided to walk around the other side of the building to the front door to check on their posted hours and it indeed said that they close at 10 So they were not going to close for another hour.
I know that this may seem Petty to leave a review like this because of me being the last customer for Miles who decided to have a coffee an hour before the store closed, but hear me out. This wasn't the first time I was disappointed in this particular establishment. They always gave me a hard time every time I wanted to order, the staff can be very passive aggressive.
All I wanted was a fg coffee, just one large hot black coffee. An American fg Joe. How hard is that?!?
Probably the last time I'll come visit this place.
I am writing this sitting in my car after all this happened. 10 minutes have passed that I could have already had my goddamn coffee and then...
Read moreThis place used to be so good I honestly don’t understand what happened in the last couple months. I kick myself every single time I go to this location knowing that I’m going to have issues. Whether it be the wrong order or extreme attitude at the drive-through window. I went through this morning and asked for a brown sugar shaken espresso and was handed literally a cup of milk. I also asked for light ice (because usually there’s so much ice in there it’s hard to drink) but got two ice cubes instead, so I guess they’re taking people literally. When I asked the blonde girl at the window if this was the correct order because it was pretty light she responded with “it wouldn’t be brown if there wasn’t espresso in it.” And then slammed the window in my face. Glad I just paid $6 for a cup of oatmilk. Not to mention this place also can’t take any criticism, there’s been a couple times where I’ve called and the manager has the nastiest attitude. If you have the time, drive down to the one Patriots Place-...
Read moreI have visited this store several times and although the service is good as are the drinks, they have not had the items that I tried ordering several times, they stated that they sold out of them which is unfortunate, especially at a higher end specialty coffee shop like Starbucks. I do like the fact that they have a drive-through because not all Starbucks do and they are generally very nice to order from. The location is also somewhat difficult to get to if you're on the north side of route 1 trying to get over but I suppose that's not their fault.
Overall, I like this Starbucks location but they could improve on their stocking levels to ensure they have enough to fulfill orders early in...
